We have been working with them exclusively for the last 5 years, and the lovely crew that comes to our house always leaves it cleaner, tidier and better organized than it was before, along with the fresh smell of clean. They use green products and soft cloths, they make the beds, organize the kids bedroom and their numerous stuffed animals, the playroom and its many toys. The kitchen is cleaned impeccably, carpets thoroughly vacuumed, and wood floors perfectly cleaned with a gentle product. Mess is turned into tidy piles otherwise items are put away to their designated places. A team of 2 cleans our 4 bedroom house in 2 hours, and is always on time. Trash is taken out. If we're in the house, they will start cleaning where we ask them and we move around the rooms as they clean one after the other! I really wish I took 'before' pictures. I've never used a cleaning service before. Irma and Roxanne really made the process a breeze. They came to my house to provide a quote beforehand. They weren't the cheapest, but I felt the most comfortable with them. When the team came a couple of weeks later, they blew us away. I texted my husband to ask how things were going and he literally said, "They cleaned things that I didn't know could be cleaned." I feel like I have brand new appliances. Their attention to detail is impeccable and their efforts are so, so, so appreciated. A regular cleaning service wasn't something we ever thought we'd need (or honestly even afford), but we're now modifying groceries and vacations so we can try to afford this regularly. The deep clean of our kitchen, bathroom, and living room were excellent! The house is old with accumulated muck that was beyond my abilities to effectively clean. I will be having major surgery soon and needed cleaning services that I could trust to help keep our home clean while I recover. Here are the things that impressed me: 1) Thorough cleaning of the bathtub and sliding glass shower door. No matter how hard I tried, I could not for the life of me get rid of challenging hard water stains. 2) Cleaning of an elderly stove and oven. The previous owners of this 1970- era stove probably never lifted its "bonnet" to clean the accumulated grease. Forty years of grease was too much for me to manage. Now it looks good as new! 3) The fresh and clean smell of the home after cleaning. 4) Not being pressured into signing a contract or agreeing to services I didn't need. Roxana was amazing to work with. I had a last minute dinner party and she was able to accommodate us. That in itself deserves 5 stars. The two ladies she sent did an amazing job and were extremely thorough.
