These ladies are miracle workers! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. We bought a house that was left in an absolutely filthy state by the seller. The bathtub, toilets, shower were disgusting, thick cobwebs were over all of the walls and draperies, the carpet in the master bedroom was covered with trash. We were so discouraged when we had the walk-thru with the seller's agent. Valerie and her cleaning partner were such hard-workers and kept coming back before and after other cleaning jobs to clean every surface of the house including the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. I didn't think the house could look as clean as they were able to get it, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The house is 1000% better and in a livable condition. I can't thank these ladies enough for their dedication and willingness to clean a house in such a terrible state. I will definitely hire Stain Patrol again to clean our house on a regular schedule. read more

Do not use this cleaning service unknown company. They are very unprofessional and rude. They don't follow up with you or confirm your apt. I gave the information of what I erred done to get a quote and I got a quote. I the had apt coming up with them I called the day before to confirm since they didn't bother confirming and they mentioned they would have to charge me double the price because my house is two stories. Why would give a quote and schedule an apt without asking all the questions. I could swear I told them I had two stories. So I told them that's not right and they said you have to go with someone else then. I'm so glad they didn't service my house I'd rather pay more and get quality service than pay less and deal with unprofessionals. read more

The service was overall very good. The service providers arrived well before time, and completed the work within the anticipated time. No one felt inconvenienced in any way. But the best part was that the end result as good as brand new. When I returned home from office it felt as if I was entering a brand new fresh home. The prices are reasonable too. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. I requested a quote some time ago and had trouble clarifying with the owner what was included in the move out cleaning--even after asking her to clarify she just stated "just the cleaning." Since I've never paid for a move out cleaning I'm not sure what that entails. I ended up booking someone separately for carpet cleaning who did a great job. I took a couple days and then decided to book with her since I was running out of time and here's where the real headache began: After a somewhat initially unclear chat convo on Friday she confirmed that she was available at noon today (the absolute last day I had keys--it was my bad to wait for the last minute to book something). Today comes around and I ask how she would like payment (at 9am), Instead of answering my question she asked if we could reschedule to Thursday. I let her know that it was not possible and directly asked her if she could do today or not--specifying that I had to be out of my apartment tonight. She said she could at about 3. I asked her to text me an eta 15 minutes before she arrived so I could let her in and she said ok--I was working from home and am sick so I was inconvenienced but grateful she wasn't rescheduling. 3pm rolls around and I send her another message on Yelp since I haven't heard from her asking if she has an ETA, she responds no, that she is super swamped. I ask her to send me an eta as soon as she knows when she's heading over and don't hear back. My partner finally called her at like 5:20p and mentioned our scheduled cleaning and she didn't know my name--I heard her guess two other female names first. She let him know that she was swamped with one particular house and that if I had someone else who could do the cleaning I should go with them. I ended up having to go scrub down my apartment, while sick, after waiting ALL day... she could have easily told me at 9am or at any point after that she was not going to be able to make it. My biggest issues were the lack of professionalism and courtesy... not once did she apologize for the inconvenience or thank me for being flexible... if she had I might still have given the benefit of 2 stars. Knowing that i needed to be out of my unit today she should have been more realistic about not being able to service the unit, especially since I asked her directly this morning and emphasized the importance of needing the cleaning done at latest today when we were booking on Friday. In a way I got lucky being sick because I was home from my 12 hour/day job today... Based on the other reviews here it seems like this company is very hit and miss. I won't be using her. I would give 0 stars if possible. I wanted very much to give her the benefit of the doubt which is why we waited until 5:30 to finally give up on her. read more

I wouldn't know about this company's quality of work. I made a Saturday appointment for my daughter to have the carpet cleaned for my grandbaby's room. Appointment was made for 10am. At 10:30, I messaged the owner as they were already late. At 11am, she messaged me back suggesting we should reschedule due to rain. Okay. Not happy about this late cancellation. But against my better judgement, I rescheduled for my daughter. She really wanted to get this done to prepare this room for the baby due next month. So we scheduled for today, Monday 10 am. Again! A late notice! First message, They'll be at my home at 10:45, then another message to cancel & reschedule. Her worker was sick with the flu. No way I reschedule to be stood up a third time.
