Thank you and your team for the amazing job they did today. I have hired movers in the past and I can honestly say your team was by far the best guys I have worked with. MORNING of the move - we called them because no one showed 30 mins after time window. They told us the truck was broken down and it would be another 1.5-2 hrs wait (already 90 mins past the time they said they would arrive). Eventually their solution was 5% off and a new team was sent (now 3 hrs later). When they arrived they looked at the house and boxes in garage (which we already prepped and videod) and DOUBLED THE PRICE OF THE QUOTE. We asked why the huge jump and contacted the manager. While on the phone with him, the movers drove off and left. I have moved and had many experiences but this was the worst communication I've ever had. It is more about the poor communication and the false expectations in how this was managed. Now we're left scrambling for solutions. Thanks so much. Follow up to reply: there was nothing hostile about communication. In fact, the movers never even spoke to me when "assessing" inside the home. We moved everything ourselves with a cargo van in 5 hours...

Peter was warm, welcoming, and professional from our very first consultation. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring complete transparency throughout the process with no surprise fees. He was also incredibly patient and understanding regarding the moving situation we were dealing with, which helped ease a lot of our stress. We were especially grateful for the excellent availability--Peter was able to arrange a moving team for us on short notice. On moving day, the three movers who assisted us were polite, courteous, and respectful. They handled our belongings with care and took extra precautions when shrink-wrapping our furniture to ensure everything was properly protected during the move. Even in the truck, items were secured tight to ensure a safe travel to our destination Overall, the entire experience--from the initial consultation to the final box being moved--was smooth, professional, and pleasant. I highly recommend Packing Bees to anyone, especially first-time movers looking for a reliable company and a stress-free moving experience. Thank you to Peter, the moving team and Packing Bees for making our move such a positive one!

We used this company for an in town move. As soon as the crew arrived we walked them through the…read morehouse and showed them all the things that needed to be moved. We hired a moving company specifically to move a refrigerator, washer, dryer and gym set plus if time allowed any other heavy items we had. They scratched a brand new refrigerator and our washing machine is now broken. They offered $35 that day for the damage caused to our refrigerator. My husband spoke to Milo and declined the $35 payment and instead requested that they send someone out to repair the scratches on our refrigerator. A few days after the move we still had not heard back from anyone so I reached out and requested that they send a repair tech for the scratches and the washing machine. At that point I was informed that we never mentioned we needed our refrigerator moved. I have the estimate that was emailed to me which included the kitchen. He asked that I send him the receipt for the refrigerator, which I did. I again requested repair they offered $125 for the scratches on a brand new $1500 refrigerator. At that point I was so tired of going back and forth for a week regarding this and our washing machine that we just accepted the $125. When I mentioned that our washing machine was no longer powering on he claimed that his crew did not have the opportunity to test it since we had it disconnected prior to them arriving so they would not accept responsibility for that. I explained that I used the machine that morning prior to them arriving and it worked perfectly. I also explained that the machine was not disconnected and his crew asked me to disconnect it and told me they were not able to do that. In fact we actually borrowed their tools to disconnect the machine. When one of the crew members brought the machine into the new location he placed it down with enough force that the soap dispenser fell out and into the drum. Moving is already stressful we did not need the additional stress of now dealing with damaged appliances, going to the laundromat and scheduling repairs. We've had a tech out to our home twice now to try to repair this machine and it will cost us less money to replace it than repair it. Please save yourself the headache and stress of dealing with this company.

Butbee Moving - Poorly wrapped furniture, they damaged my new dinning table and took zero responsibility or work pay for the damages.

In comparison to many other companies I spoke with, they had the best pricing, the kindest and most thorough responses to my questions, straight forward pricing, had the minimum of 3 hours we needed and a large 26/27 foot truck. They showed up, got right to work and wrapped all the fragile items and got them ready to stay in long term storage. They were super friendly, clean, smart and strategic and very careful with all items. I recommend them to anyone looking for movers in the area. I will definitely be using their services again on my next move. 5 star service!

He started by telling me he needed to pack the TV in boxes and would charge me extra. Which I replied to by telling him he can cover with a blanket and Saran Wrap, which he ended up doing. But not after arguing. I called my fiancé to come speak to them as I felt uncomfortable, my fiancé asked him about his attitude and comments, and he quickly retracted, saying he only gets paid $20 per hour. Why is this my business when I'm getting charged $85/hr? My fiancé then asked if he had any issues with the move that we could just cancel all together. Elmurod never replied, but they proceeded with the move. During the six hours they were there, Elmurod was constantly on his phone. They eventually called a third person to help them move. However, upon arriving at our new house, Elmurod said he couldn't move our couch upstairs, it had the same layout as our previous home. We asked Elmurod and the extra mover to try and move the couch, and the other guys said they would. Not only did Elmurod demanded us to pay each man a $50 tip, but he also wanted to be paid upfront, even though they hadn't completed the job. We asked Elmurod to please work on the couch as the final item to be moved. To our surprise, while we waited for them, they simply left and let our couch in the garage and other furniture with our door open. As well as a bunch of packing trash behind. When I contacted their manager I been getting the run around, I shared photos of damaged furniture and shared the additional $190 I had to pay to get our couch moved upstairs. Still no reply and no resolution. I will be filling a claim. Furthermore, our dining table and chair got damaged during the move, even though you pay additional for their insurance they won't honor it. They contacted me and refused to provide a refund for additional movers to complete the move of the left over furniture and also stated they wouldn't provide any money back due to me leaving a negative review.

We didn't quite hit that, but at no point did it feel like anyone was wasting time. The crew hustled the entire job. They listened to how I wanted to prioritize the move. We focused on large furniture first, got all the key items handled, then worked through the rest. Communication was constant. They asked questions, followed direction, and adjusted quickly without any pushback. The team was professional the whole time. No hesitation, even with heavy items or sending things upstairs. Everything was wrapped appropriately, not overdone, just done right. Nothing was damaged, and they were careful with walls and flooring throughout. We had discussed heavier items and drive time ahead of time, and everything was handled fairly. No surprises. I also compared pricing beforehand, and their rate of $199/hour (cash) plus the $60 truck fee was in line with what I was seeing. We ended up at about 3 hours 45 minutes total and paid $825, which felt great for the level of effort and coordination involved. Every move is different, but there were no surprises. Vladimir, Dima, Greg, and Aibek were a great team. They worked hard, communicated well, and stayed professional throughout. Overall, a hardworking, professional crew that provides solid value and takes care of your belongings. I would definitely recommend them.
