On the ground, Aurelio and his team are incredible--they are extremely reliable, friendly, and always arrive right on time. What really sets them apart is their expertise with fragile items. I've watched them work, and they are masters at "moving Tetris." They wrap every piece of furniture securely in padded blankets and shrink wrap to prevent any scratches or dings. For my most delicate items--like kitchenware, electronics, and artwork--they use a meticulous multi-layer approach with high-quality packing paper and bubble wrap. They are strategic about loading the truck, ensuring heavy items are at the base and my fragile boxes are safely secured on top or in "buffer zones" so nothing shifts or gets crushed during the long drive between NorCal and SoCal.Plus, they stay organized by labeling every box with the correct room and using 'Fragile' or 'Handle with Care' stickers wherever needed. Booked 24/7 to do the work. They showed up on the scheduled day about 8:30 am and we did a walk thru, showing them what was going and what was not. moving from a 4 bdrm to a 2 bdrm takes some downsizing. They started right in, wrapping, filling boxes and moving them out to the truck. Taking apart the furniture that needed it and moving it out to the truck. They are definitely good at their job. It took them till 10:30 at night to get it all packed and stowed in the truck. They were prompt on delivery day too. Showed up at 9 am . started unloading and putting together furniture and placing it where requested. Took till 4pm before they were finished with their part of unpacking . Great job! I highly recommend this company. They are prompt, polite and very good at their job.

Honestly, it got worse from there. The two movers were very slow and you pay by the hour. I started loading and unloading stuff myself. I even unwrapped and moved furniture myself (ending up cracking my Apple Watch screen in the process). They movers left behind a ton of stuff at my old place. It has taken me at least 15 trips in my Honda Civic to get it all. They took my desk but left behind my desk chair, so I had to beast that myself. They left behind my big, heavy bike rack and I had to move it in my car, cracking the center console in the process (the car is brand new). I've called multiple times to try and get some money back but I paid in cash. They got my money so I'm SOL. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Very shady practices, too. They are definitely not insured. I feel so bad for the guy who ended up in the ER. He will definitely be covering that himself (the other movers confirmed this). They didn't have me sign any paperwork beforehand. They didn't check the time or anything. Just a Docusign at the end. They should call themselves D- Movers. It's way more accurate. I move often and this is by far the worst moving experience of my life.

I even received a reminder text the morning of the move confirming the same time. By 9:30 AM on moving day, no movers had arrived and I hadn't received any communication about delays. I called the office, and the representative seemed unsure of what was going on but said she would call me back. About five minutes later, I received a call from the driver stating they had never received my appointment and were already on their way to Los Angeles -- nowhere near where I live. He then told me they could get to my place at 4:00 PM. My move was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I had taken the day off for this, so this was completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. Thankfully, I was able to find another company last minute for the same price, and I'm so glad I did. Afterward, I looked up more reviews for 365 Days Labor and realized that many others had similar negative experiences. I would definitely not recommend this company. In fact, I would strongly advise you to steer clear.

When I came across this company 365 Day Labor Movers, they were quick on a quote response, great availability during the holidays and reasonable pricing. I took their quote and booked. They were available 8am the day after Christmas so we were super excited they worked with the schedule we needed and had availability. I did request a 17 foot truck minimum as I had previously moved with the same amount of items and I knew that's what we needed. They did show up with a smaller truck because the larger was taken for another job that morning, but they were super cool and we made it work with a few adjustments and were offered two trips if we couldn't make it in one. The two guys were quick, accommodating, great pricing, professional, clean and time efficient with their work. I would highly recommend them for any moving service. I'll definitely be using them again for my upcoming move.

Alex and Eric were our movers on the big day. They were super awesome and made our move feel less stressful. They are experts in disassembling, packaging, assembling and lifting, strategizing, Tetris-ing, etc. These two guys helped us move our 720 sq ft studio, plus make two stops (furniture drop off + storage unit clean out) before our final destination-- a 2-story house. They handled all of our furniture with care (especially when going up a flight of stairs with awkward corners) and even helped reposition some items after they had already placed it.
