I am also pleasantly surprised by the number of dresses they stock (way more than similar stores like Ross and Marshall's). Anything you are tempted to look for on Amazon, get here instead, and it will be cheaper and of much higher quality. I am extremely pleased with the glass mugs, bath towels, soap dishes, and cutting boards I picked up this year. I also found a lovely dress for family pictures. The cashiers are careful about wrapping and bagging my breakable purchases. What not to love: All Home Goods/TJMaxx (and nearly every "discount" store I have ever seen) are a mess - too many items stacked on the shelves, and bargain hunters dishevel everything even more rooting through the stock. This one is probably worse than average; be prepared to dig through piles to make your finds. This location is awful when it comes to wait time at the checkout. It was much better during my last visit, with many more cash registers open (so maybe they are improving?), but my first two visits necessitated 45 minutes of standing in line at the checkout. Ridiculous. Overall: Home Goods/TJ Maxx stock amazing bargain items, but if you have the option, there are better locations.

Wow, my cashier was super rude, and was upset when she had to do a price check. Pain , unfriendly. With employees like her, you wish there was a self-check. And I was overcharged an item, it's not worth my gas to have it fixed. And she wasn't wrapping my items with much care or concern. I had to ask to have my glass pumpkins wrapped!!!!!

I love getting stickers, scrapbook paper and card stock paper from here. I haven't had any issues with the quality of the products so far. Their assortment were somewhat broad which was great and more upscale without the high price. Also, the overall layout was nice with less clutter than other stores. When I went through checkout I mentioned I liked their store and the cashier was very friendly and said they are often compared to Home Goods so I don't know. But I will be back when I have more time to explore the isles.

She was busy doing something else, but she didn't hesitate a moment to drop what she was doing and spend time with me to help with this project. The store itself is fabulous. Either people are expecting them to have furniture readily available, or they aren't asking any questions/ not listening during the selling process. I thought I would add my experience. We came to living spaces late 2020 soon after they opened. I had been hearing the commercials on the radio and was pretty excited to check out the new location in north Fort Worth. Immediately upon entering the store/warehouse, we were impressed. Living spaces is organized in a way that you can enter various mock-houses to see how products look in a home, similar to ikea. We spent some time roaming, didn't really go around the mattresses, and eventually ended up around the couches. LOTS of helpful reps at the front and roaming a bit. They are not pushy and will NOT continue to bother you. If you prefer someone following you around, maybe go to Conns furniture? My husband and I had been talking about getting a new couch for quite some time, and the couches at living spaces were gorgeous. I had already made up my mind to buy one in that moment, ha! A representative wandered around towards us and we were done for. The rep explained that these are all CUSTOM couches where we could decide the configuration and materials used and that BUILDING the couch would take MONTHS. We were fine with this. We made our choices, had a pleasant experience, and left. We had been told that we could call during the process and it would probably take 2-3 months for the couch to be built and shipped. Two weeks later, they called us to confirm the shipping address. At some point in time the wrong zip code had been entered and they asked us to come in. We came in and were notified that because the shipping address was changed, it would delay they couch another two weeks. For our troubles, they waived our delivery. We were fine with this. I called probably every 3 weeks and things seemed to be going smoothly. I kept asking for a delivery date, but they were just giving me a week range. Around 2 weeks before our proposed delivery date, I started getting day updates when I would call. "It will likely be between the 15th and the end of March." Ok, that's a bit more specific. One day I got a rep on the phone who gave me the tracking website and I began using that instead of calling. A few days later, we got the email to schedule our delivery! The truck came early in the day and the delivery employees put together our couch, cleaned up their mess, and took our old couch. We gave them a nice tip . We love our couch so much!

Had to dispute that a few times. 2. The order that came was incorrect. I did not order a table and they said it was part of the set so I have no choice. The sales rep said they were separate pieces so no that is a lie or the rep doesn't know his products 3. I call and finally convince them that it was not ordered and I would like a refund so they say ok. 4. Relieved I am thinking wait a minute. What about restocking fee? I notice that they are charging me a restocking fee. Why???? I didn't order it. I live 2 hours away so difficult to drive in. But they say, go to the store. One says I will get refunded there, but the manager says she doesn't know. I asked to be directed to billing and she says there are no numbers for them. What!?!? 3. Now I am really angry with this service and I ask to be transferred to the store and she says she can not. Wow. I used to be a fan of Licung Spaces. Now definitely not and no more recommendations for them. Living spaces - do you ignore your reviews? They are very low, hope you get your act together. This is FRAUD.

When I returned I was initially told there had been a delay in the arrival of the order, when I asked for a more specific time period for delivery, the lady then told me that the company did not even make the 3rd piece she had told me twice (on two visits) was awaiting delivery. I ultimately returned the pieces I had purchased and was able to purchase all 3 pieces online for far less. ...... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
