Every time I was given the runaround until I finally spoke directly with the owner angel or Alex who assured me everything was fine and that he would personally cancel my membership. The staff kept saying they do not handle cancellations so I trusted the owner's word. Since May I have continued to be charged every single month. In August alone four payments were taken out totaling 134 dollars and overall I have now been charged 260 dollars in unnecessary fees. This is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate call back and resolution. I have been patient and professional long enough but clearly this business does not keep its word, ignores cancellation requests, and makes it impossible to reach a real person. I hope they see this review because future customers deserve to know the truth before signing up.
