Turns out its exactly what I order in Japanese restaurants which is Salmon shashimi over rice. It is so much cheaper and they give you so many different options to choose from. My Favorite is a build your own with salmon, avocado, white rice, and Unagi sauce. Nicole is a huge fan of tuna so she normally gets that with salmon. There are many different signature choices, this is an all put together bowl. Its their buisness, they know what measurements are needed to make a Spicy Poke bowl. What was served to me was sushi rice, I mean it was 1/2 half the bowl! The other half was the tuna overdressed in spicy mayo. Even thought the fish was fresh, too much mayo is no bueno. I'm bummed becuase I wanted to like this place. I guess I'll come back and I won't spend $14 for the signature bowl. The next time I'll ask for no mayo..
