After getting to the end of my rope and coming to terms with the fact the systems needed to be redone, I reached out to Chad at Piped Right via a referral. Chad got back to me in short order to set up a time and date for them to come out for an estimate. When they arrived I walked them through the current state, pain points, and what we were looking for as an outcome. They were very receptive and easy to consult with. At the end of our dialog Chad provided a total time and materials amount that the job would cost which was very agreeable, all with a 3 year warranty! They were also extremely easy to work with on the start date. We concluded by him relaying that he would draw up the formal quote with scope of work and get it sent over. The SOW was very, very thorough and impressive for any type of contractor. From the beginning to the end of the job, Chad and his crew clearly and consistently communicated on arrival and departure times, progress, status, challenges found, etc. They also kept an extremely clean worksite, straightening up at the end of each and every day. The result was everything we hoped for: - A completely revamped drip irrigation system in both our yards. - Refreshed gravel in both yards. - Leveled spots in the yards from previously removed plants. - Existing plants and stumps were identified for removal. - Staged drip lines in requested spots for future plants. We have engaged other irrigation companies in the past with significantly unimpressive results. Piped Right was the absolute, diametrically opposite experience. I wouldn't hesitate for a split second to use them in the future or refer them to anyone in need of their services! They care about their customers and their work and it shows in every way!

We used JNK for a minor project two years ago, and Naji and the crew were superb: they showed up on time, worked diligently to finish the project in a professional manner, and brought a remarkable attention to detail to their work. Therefore, we chose them again for this much larger project, and I'm pleased to say they exceeded our expectations in every way. Naji arrived to discuss the project, and based on our conversations with him, was well-prepared to discuss options. He is a deeply knowledgeable person who is personable, professional, and truly customer-focused. The crew showed up right on time, and the point person on the job, Joaquin, explained the process of removing sod and dirt and installing the pavers--over 1,000 of them. They hand-measured and hand-cut the pavers that created the circular mesa around each tree--they look exquisite. It was a crew of seven, who were perfectly coordinated, worked well together, and hustled to get the job done in the promised timeframe--one day, which astonished my wife and me. Because the job required cutting a number of pavers there was quite a bit of brick dust. After completion, Joaquin used the hose to meticulously spray off all of our trees, shrubs, and all of the rock, to make it look pristine--that's going the extra mile! You can evaluate other companies, but if you want exceptional quality, attention to detail, honesty, and integrity, I recommend JNK without exception or qualification. I am sure there are other great landscaping businesses out there, but the reviews were key for me - I had nothing else to go by, since we haven't used any landscaping services. Reviews were accurate. Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. Electrical all appears properly done. Turf looks great. We are very happy with the results. Everyone cleaned up after themselves. Delays: none of any consequence. Toward the end, had to wait for the pergola parts to arrive. About three weeks to complete entire job.

They did an extensive front area remodel --4100 square feet of pavers for a circular drive, re-designed the front hill by removing 20 tons of dirt and old plants, added a river bed, replaced all the granite, installed new lighting and watering system, added new plants, built stone accent walls and the list goes on. Once you give Sean a deposit and you agree on the work, he gives you a firm start and end date. Taking into account weather delays, the schedule is right on target. Our project encountered one entire week of rain but the crew worked through it (6 days a week, 7-5) and finished the project within only a few extra days from the original end date. The crew was timely, professional, pleasant and easy to deal with. If we ever had questions or needed to reach Sean, we received a return call, text or email within minutes. Having lived in Arizona for almost 50 years and dealing with many contractors, we can honestly say that Sean and Envirogreen Landscaping are the only contractors that we do not have one complaint to express. I interviewed several companies for our complete backyard remodel, and it was apparent from the beginning that Sean was the best. He came up with a creative design for our backyard that provided more privacy; an entertainment space with a bar, tv, fire pit; and an outdoor kitchen. He asks questions to understand what your needs are and how you envision yourself using your yard to come up with a 3-D rendering of your ideal space. Sean has an eye for design and thinks of the big picture and the small details. We had to wait several months for the crew to start, but in my mind that was a good sign that Envirogreen was well sought after. They were worth the wait! Envirogreen has their own crews, instead of a bunch of subcontractors. Their crew, led by Abraham, was punctual, reliable, and hardworking. They showed up 5-6 days a week and worked long days until our project was complete. This kind of work ethic and reliability is so rare these days. Sean communicated with us throughout the entire process and his insights allowed us to make some decisions to improve the original plan as needed (i.e.- installed one bigger propane tank to serve our smoker, grill, fire pit, and indoor stove instead of added another smaller one). Envirogreen does good quality work, and we are very happy with the results! When we are ready to have work done on our front yard, we will be calling Envirogreen again!

We just moved to our new house 3 weeks ago and noticed that the irrigation system wasn't functioning properly. In fact the lawn had turned brown and the citrus trees were slowly dying. Not wanting to see the entire yard die, I contacted Irrigation Joe. Joe responded immediately and came out the next day. He assessed the situation and found several problems, including a broken pipe, a poorly laid out zoning system, and broken or improper sprinkler heads. Joe proved to be extremely knowledgeable on irrigation systems and went through a number of options that could be done to get things working right again, while keeping in mind our budget and what we could afford at this time. He even discounted much of the work and material just so I had a proper system in the end that would last years and not just a season or two. After agreeing to what options I wanted, Joe scheduled me for that Saturday morning. At 6:00am his two man crew were already re-trenching the yard for the new and existing PVC pipes, and throughout the day Joe would swing by to check on the progress to ensure everything was being done right and to answer any questions I had. The crew worked all day and then returned on Sunday morning as well to complete the job. Joe then took the time to show me what had been done, including the main water shutoff in the front of the house that I wanted re-worked, and instructed me on the new timer that he re-wired and mounted on the back wall. I could not be happier with the work they did, or the money Joe helped me save. I now have green grass again and the entire yard looks health once more. Joe not only knows irrigation systems, but he backs his work up. He's honest, dependable, and someone who just enjoys doing what he does. I wholeheartedly recommend Irrigation Joe to anyone who has watering issues with their yard. There is no one I would trust more. read more

As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea of the importance of a properly running irrigation system when it comes to maintaining the integrity of your lawn. A month after purchasing my home, I was hit with the bad news that my entire sprinkler system needed to be replaced in both my front and backyard. My yard crew recommended Irrigation Joe, and I am so grateful I took their advice! After the first time meeting Joe, I felt completely at ease moving forward with him. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to everything sprinkler-related, and efficiently diagnosed each and every problem with my system within our first meeting. Additionally, his friendly and personable approach was so appreciated, as I felt he went above and beyond to explain the entire process to me and patiently answered all of my questions so as to ensure I felt comfortable at all times. He reassured me that I would receive the best rate possible for the time, labor, and parts, and as such, was completely transparent with all costs from the very beginning. We have a home in Sun City West but spend summers at our place in Minnesota, 1800 miles away. We have cameras on the property and spotted a rather large Irrigation leak in the backyard. We called many companies and fortunately for us they were all booked for at least 10 days out. 115 degrees will cause that! We found Irrigation Joe and he was onsite in 24 hours. It's a shame I can only give him five stars because he deserves ten. The work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. This may sound silly but it was like you had a close family member working on your Irrigation System. You knew it was going to be taken care of as inexpensive as possible and as professional as could be too. I've seen lots of people ripped off by repair men but everything thing about Joe says honest, honest, honest. I checked in on Joe via the cameras a few times and he was as diligent a worker as you'll ever find. I just can't say enough or give a strong enough recommendation. It is very stress relieving to know you have someone you can count on from 1800 miles away. You'll like the work, you'll like the price and you'll like Joe! read more

We had just bought the home and were away when the main irrigation line broke and flooded. We called Joe after finding him on Yelp, and he went out to the house immediately and did a temporary repair to stop the flooding. We knew that the entire system would need to be replaced and asked Joe for a quote. He made great suggestions on replacing the system and provided a very reasonable quote. We also had him provide a quote on our landscape lighting design, which was also very reasonable, with good quality fixtures. We needed a irrigation repair so I looked at YELP, I choose 3 business's (this was Saturday afternoon). The first 2 business's did not answer the phone and no voice mail. I called the other business and he answered the phone. That is when I met Irrigation Joe. 2 hours later he was at our house and had the irrigation system up and running. BUT He was not happy with it he needed one more part and he did not have it with him. So he told that he will see us in the morning (Sunday) and he was by us in the morning. I had my irrigation system replaced by him last September 2018, which included a 3 year warranty. I now have leaks which needs to be fixed. BEWARE OF HIRING THIS GUY. See pictures and review below…read more I hired Gerson to install a TWO zone irrigation system, but he only installed a ONE zone. Prior to starting he confirmed multiple times that it would be a two-zone setup, per text messages. After the installation, I found out from a different landscaper that only one zone was actually connected. So now I can't control how much water my trees versus smaller desert plants get. I reached out SEVERAL times over SEVERAL weeks to give him the chance to come back and check it, but he completely stopped responding. He claims he stands behind his work with a 2 year warranty, but so far that is false. This isn't the only issue either. We have dying plants because the drip lines barely reach them. Plants and trees falling over because of not enough support and also slowly dying from improper watering from not having a 2 zone system. AND a few days after the job was complete I noticed he cut up my backwash hose line for the pool pump. He claimed he didn't see it at first but him and his crew were literally the last ones in that area. He reluctantly shipped me a new backwash hose but didn't want to come install it so I had to do it myself because he stopped responding. Yes, maybe it's easy to install but why should I have to fix your mistake??? Promising one thing and delivering something different is completely DISHONEST. Now I'm stuck paying another contractor to fix all the other problems. Michael mapped out new irrigation placements for 5 separate sections to ensure that our plants got the water that they needed, which will be easier to manage in the future. He also replaced our water line and updated the fuse box. The crew were careful to not damage the many cactus and other plants in the yard, and also added a few new plants. They redistributed the ground rock so that the finished product looked great. I highly recommend Michael and his team, especially Frank, who worked so hard every day in this Phoenix heat .

He pulls out the tubes and parts and shows you the system you will get. Most people show up and say, "Sure, PVC, $2,500" and that's it. A big reason I chose him was that I understood the scope of work and what I was getting. Everyone else was just vague and gave me a number. He's precise with the work. Everything was mapped out, no mistakes, no confusion, no "oops" that often come with home renovation. You wouldn't know he was there except for the little nozzles all over my garden and shrubs that weren't there before. All I had to do was set the schedule for the timer when he was done. Everything around was cleaned and left in the condition it was in before. I highly recommend him. Professional and good workmanship.

The "fellow" whose name I don't recall was recommended by Gerry Schneider, a personal friend of ours. The "fellow" came immediately and had it fixed so quickly I was in shock.....but so grateful indeed!! I have been searching for who it was that I wrote check to, I finally remembered to look in my check book and I just found your name Arizona Irrigation Co.! Anyway, I may need your services again.....I might have another emergency as I was just out in my backyard at 3am and saw lots of water once again across my backyard....will find out more when we have daylight!! The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! I had almost 10,000sq ft of sod put in my…read morebackyard at the end of last year. So they were supposed to come open our irrigation at the beginning of May, because it is vital that new sod gets alot of water, but they never showed up. so we called and their excuse for missing our appointment was "we are too busy, next week" very rude. So as you can guess next week came and went and nothing so the week after we called them again (mind you I've been watering my huge lawn manually for a month now) so when I called I kind of expected them to say ok we are coming asap, nope, same excuse, same rudeness "we're busy, next week! Click" no bye nothing. So that was it I called the company they are contracted through for irrigation HUNTER IRRIGATION and told them and they were mortified when I told a manager. Luckily my wife saw a trailer with a company called VIP IRRIGATION, so we called them at 5pm expecting them to say minimum a couple of days, but by 7pm they were at our house fixing everything. They told us they were going to go home for the day, but after hearing what happened to us they couldn't just go home, how nice is that, now that is customer service! SO BEWARE IF THEY ARE THAT BAD AT SOMETHING SO TRIVIAL AS OPENING A IRRIGATION SYSTEM (WHICH THEY CHARGE MUCH MORE THEN VIP TO DO) IMAGINE WHAT THEY WILL DO WITH LANDSCAPING, I KNOW ONE THING, I WOULD NEVER TRUST A COMPANY THAT RUDE AND WITH SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HOPE NO ONE HAS A PROBLEM WITH THEIR LANDSCAPING, GOOD LUCK GETTING THEM TO COME FIX THEIR MISTAKES!
