Eric is awesome! He has done work for me twice. The first time, I contacted him to hang mirrors, and at the time, he let me know that he also works as a handyman. The second time, I contacted Eric with a long list of to-dos (hanging hooks, art, outlet plates, installing a new toilet seat, and installing a bathroom exhaust fan). He easily accomplished all! Eric is very communicative about what was needed, made sure I was happy with the placement of everything before starting, is very detailed and conscientious, and made sure I was happy with the work. I've been trying to get my led vanity mirror installed for months. Made contacts and set appts with many guys to come install but a bunch of no shows or cancellations. My husband and I recently moved into a new condo and have needed to find a good handyman to help us with a few things. I was impressed with the reviews Eric had on Yelp. I must say, I am quite satisfied with the choice I made to go with Irvine Hanging. Eric was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote to install ceiling fans. He was able to come out within a few days. He provided quality work at a reasonable price. There were a few things that he was able to complete in one day so he scheduled a return visit a few days later. We are so grateful to have found Eric, he truly is a "handyman". Eric accomplished several task that neither my husband nor I have the skills to do. He not only installed 4 ceiling fans, he hung a curtain rod, installed a safety rail in our shower and repaired a broken cabinet door. Oh I almost forgot, he hung a picture and patched some holes. We plan on doing several more home renovation projects and Eric will certainly be our first choice when the time comes to have the work done. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Eric for a job to hang two LED backlit mirrors in my primary and secondary bathrooms, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of his work and his professionalism. From the very beginning, Eric's responsiveness was outstanding. After reaching out, he quickly gave me an estimate over the phone based on our discussion and photos of the job. What surprised me even more was his ability to schedule the job on the same day! Communication with Eric was seamless throughout the entire process. He informed me of time estimates for his arrival, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience. When he arrived, it was clear that he was well-prepared and ready to tackle the task. The mirrors I needed hung were relatively large- 56" x 36" and 59 lbs. each. Despite the challenge, Eric approached the job with confidence and expertise. Since the electricity was already run for the mirrors, he efficiently focused on hanging them. I appreciated his transparency and the fact that he required my assistance to lift the mirrors into place. In less than an hour, both mirrors were hung straight, and Eric even tested the lighting to ensure everything was in perfect working order. We had some miscommunication about scope and pricing but we ultimately came to an agreement on it. was expecting at least a couple people to show up but he came by himself...then he asked me to help lift the TV. definitely not what i was expecting. had no choice but to do it since i needed the TVs mounted...he left a few of the bolts unused and did the bare minimum to keep it up. but the worst part was that the TVs were actually not straight...tried to get him to redo it but it was useless. we ended up calling another company to redo it all. read more

We hired Mehmet, the business owner, for a kitchen sink installation. Our old kitchen sink was a…read morenon-standard cutout undermounted sink and we wanted a new standard rectangular sink installed. This involves cutting the granite in place, basically making the ~30"x19" cut-out large enough to fit a 33"x22" top-mounted sink (see photos). All other (~8-9) renovation companies I reached out to stated they'd need to replace the entire countertop, costing multiple thousand dollars, or wouldn't take the job at all; only Homedepot Master offered us this service. Mehmet made sure to enumerate risks and considerations (e.g. countertop scratches, dust, possible cracking etc.) which we acknowledged before moving forward. After the sink we ordered got delivered, Mehmet and Torkay arrived on the day we scheduled, professionally set up the workspace (put up a curtain to contain the dust, sealed doors/windows, etc.) and had the new top-mount sink installed within ~5 hours. No surprises with the payment afterwards either; Homedepot Master quoted us $1200 for cutting and installation, we payed $1200 and not a cent more. Overall, I'm pleasantly satisfied with Homedepot Master's service. I anticipate we'll reach out to them again for future renovations.
