This is one of my favorite boutiques along all of Coast Highway! The staff is really friendly and I feel like they always go out of their way to be extra nice! So that's a huge win in my books. The return policy is similar to Brandy Melville's (7 days, exchange only I believe) but because the clothing is geared towards youth/young adults and casual/night life I can understand why. I've been here close to 10 times and I'll keep coming back! The clothes are well-priced for their quality which reminds me of Nordstrom's quality. The most horrible shopping experience I even had in my life . Due to a broken sweater I tried to exchange, I got insulted and threatened by one girl working in the store. The employee treat customer without respect and manner. The arrogance delivered from the staff there is unimaginable. Here are the details : I had an issue with the sweater I purchased in store ,however , I lost my recipt . I apologise for that .So my bf and me were trying to communicate with the store owner to negotiate or figure out a way to sort things out since the employee can not . However , the employee refused to call or even contact their boss about this issue by saying : "you know , she is a very busy woman." Even worse, one of them went to the street just to get some strangers told them my bf is creating trouble , ask their help to push us out the store while my bf is Just trying to get a contact. Which is totally defamation. What's more , besides that , she threatened us to leave immediately by calling the police.which shouldn't be the service or manner customers expect from a store. 8/29 Tuesday.. We visited Isabelle's today and after a little bit of shopping in the store we had to leave because the female employee sat and talked with the other employee from the other side. She was sitting on the front display the entire time. We left to go to the other side and that's when we realized the other girl was actually the employee from the original Isabelle's side. So no one was even in the other store. Both were talking so loud and so disrespectful. They were talking about other people and their style and were also cussing. This store is absolutely outrageous and I cannot wait to tell everybody to literally never step foot in the store. I was enjoying my shopping experience at the Irvine spectrum, I bought one dress from Francesca's, And $412 worth of jewelry from Brighton. As I was on my way to grab a juice, I noticed the a dress in the window, I go grab it and go to try it on and the young dark haired "assistant store manager" who is clearly too young to be a manager and needs to learn to take the word " like" out of her sentences. She told me I needed to give her my shopping bag to hang up outside the fitting room, I was completely jaw dropped and in shock that she would even say that to me. As I told her, I don't feel comfortable because there's a lot of money worth of stuff in my bag, i want to keep it close to me not out of my view and I opened it and showed her what was inside and how I would like to keep an eye on my own merchandise. I even showed her my recipet for my items from Brighton and Francesca's that it's more than $500 worth of shopping. She said it's the store policy. There's no exceptions. I gave her the dress and white dress back and said nevermind. I asked her for the store manager information. She said she's not allowed to give it to me. When I said, how do I get a hold of a manager she said she's the assistant store manager, but she can't give me any information. I showed her my receipt again. I said you can look in my bags. I do not want you watching $500 worth of shopping in my bag. I want to keep my items with me just like I would never say I have to take her purse and watch it. I told her she's insinuating that I'm shoplifting and it's very uncomfortable and embarrassing and it's your peoples loss because i would of 100% bought those items. And i was about to buy two dresses. My mom and sister were on the way to meet me in the store. You just lost all of us as customers I will never come back to your store. You people are outrageous and inappropriate. When I caught it they told me sorry that's the price. I didn't want to disappoint my daughter but that is not right. If it is priced at that ( and several) it should be honored at that price. Ordered a pink dress for my daughters birthday. The dress arrived quick but it was NOT pink, its mauve. I returned the dress to the address provided for the company for returns, and had to pay for my own return shipping of $8 dollars. The item was returned one day after it was received. The item was returned NEW in original packaging, with tags, never worn, never tried on. I then reordered the dress in the blue color, because their return policy states no exchanges, and to return the item, and place a new order. I ordered the dress in blue and paid again. Waiting on my return confirmation, I now find out it is a STORE CREDIT, PLUS a $10.76 adjustment for damaged item?! First The items is NOT damaged, and I want to see proof of the damage, which they won't provide. Second, I would have waited to reorder the dress in blue had I known I would only get a store credit. The company sucks, return policy sucks, customer service is dismissive, and now Im stuck with a credit, and a $59.80 dress now cost me twice as much! So ridiculous. The dress also looks like it should have cost $25 dollars, and now Ive paid triple the amount. read more

All the girls who work here are so rude. I've been in several times and they have rolled their eyes at me when I ask for help finding a size or to try something on. They stand behind the register and talk to each other and act inconvenienced when you need help. Also, none of the girls working wore masks. I understand they are young but as a customer I find it odd to be shopping and the individual at the cash register is on speaker phone chatting with her bestie. Horrible customer service! I was charged for a dress that was on the counter! I didn't noticed till I got home and open the bag so I immediately drove right back! When I got there the girl told me it couldn't be refunded even AFTER I explained the situation! I asked for the owners number and she said she couldn't give it out and That the owner can only be contacted via email! I left the store upset and decided I will come back later on as I needed to pick up my sister... As I was walking out and stepped outside I noticed an Asian lady looking around the store! Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and this is coming from someone who has worked in the service industry in San Clemente for over three years. Girls are cute, but lack friendliness and professionalism. Went in about 40 minutes before closing and was told that I needed to hurry up because they were closing soon... After confirming the closing time was as posted online I was then begrudgingly told "never mind you have some time." Decided to go next door (where they have a second store) and wasn't able to open the door fully before the girl told me they were closing right now. Was given a substantial amount of money on a gift card to this place, but now I don't even want to spend it there. Highly encourage the owner to change staff, or train the employees to care (or at least pretend to care) about making a sale. Not a bad little boutique and I might have browsed longer had I not been distracted by the THREE employees were all on their phones ignoring customers glancing up only to give me the stank eye or to gossip with each other. I was very happy with my visit to San Clemente's Isabelles Cabinet today. Most of my visits consist of bitchy stares from rude workers but I am happy to say that this changed tonight. I was very happily welcomed by an employee who I had never seen before named Maddie. She was very helpful and seemed genuinely happy to ask how my night was and help me look for Christmas gifts. She was hard at work cleaning and not just sitting on her phone, but even then she prioritized helping me and making sure I was happy in the store. The store was put together and very clean.
