I have bought 3 cars from here and mind you they did great after I left the lot and after a few months still nothing needed to be fixed or inspected, except my last one (most recent) I bought back in July of this year. I bought a 07 camry hybrid miles were kind of high around 150k but its not about the miles, its about the person who owns the car and how well they take care of it because I know a lot people who buy cars but don't care enough to take care of them, even if their used or new its always about the driver. Honestly though, no more Hybrid cars for me. Lol. Do keep in my mind if you are buying a used car from the car lot, if you find problems down the road, expect that it's not brand new and the problems are out of anyone's control they'll come and no one will see it coming but they will treat you with Aloha and recommend someone if you need the help! Their were a few problems along the way with my recent purchase and we were trying our best to resolve them as much as we could, in the end things worked out well. Everyone has a different experience but this is mines! Thanks again ridgeway for the great business!

After making all the excuses in the book of why I shouldn't go because I could just imagine feeling like one of those guys being dragged around by their girlfriends all over the mall but worse as we would have to play the game of having the salesperson go back and forth, back and forth and back and forth again to their so called manager to get an approval. Then if the deal went through sit in finance to have them try and sell some kind of warranty or service specials. Well guess what... I ended up going kicking and screaming and asking myself why me?!?!?! We went to two used car lots and yes just like I thought, the sales person went back and forth to the point I just told him, "look if you can't get this price OTD (out the door) with this kind of financing then lets not waste each other's time. (ok yes I dislike playing those games. yes or no please) Needless to say we left and right before entering the freeway and what I thought was my ticket to go get something to eat, my friend sees this used car lot. Truthfully I have passed by this place many of times and didn't pay much attention to them. She tells me to pull over and promises me this is the last place. Reluctantly I pull in. Looking around for a bit a salesperson comes out and greets us. He seemed nice, (don't all salespeople I thought to myself). Well he turned out to be very nice. She took the vehicle for a spin and he actually told her the good and the bad about the vehicle which kind of shocked me (a honest salesperson hmmmm). After all was said and done, he crunched the numbers and got her the financing she wanted and I got to go home hungry. Don't let the dirt lot fool you as this place my be no frills but they offer great service, pricing, and financing. I would of gave them 5 stars but I like frills and didn't like the fact my car ended up dusty.

First off, these guys are under new ownership and a part of Auto XChange that also has a showroom and two more lots located in town. Don't let the small selection at the corner turn you away. From the moment I walked in Keith was really welcoming and helpfulI. We sat down and went over my budget. He pulled up the website and showed me what he had, both in my range and a bit above. A couple of cars caught my eye but we needed to go to the main location to view it. Keith drove us over and had us browse one of the two lots they have in town. He gave my friend and I a lot of time to look at cars by ourselves which I appreciated. Not once did I feel pressured into anything. I'm glad I decided to take the time to view the main lot because I found a car that I really liked. I got to drive the car back to the Aiea location which was a great test drive to get a feel for the car. We got back and Keith introduced me to N.G. and we negotiated a price that I was happy with. He made everything really smooth. They do take trade-ins and will help with financing if needed. It was my first time buying a car and both Keith and NG made it a great experience. I would definitely recommend taking the time and stopping in.

Referrals are the best way for a company to stay in business. I'm not military, so I'm not going anywhere and will tell EVERYONE about my experience with your company at your location. You would have been better off by changing the company name instead of posting how this new management will treat people better. Original Post: Don't buy from these guys unless you bring your own mechanic! They are crooks who don't keep their word. Go to a larger dealership. Lesson learned for the next time. I bought a 2009 Audi A4 back in July 2015. When I pointed out the check engine light, Howard assured me that he personally knew the previous owner and can vouch that he took care of the car. He stated that their mechanic, John, is Audi verified and it's probably a small thing that he can fix. After several weeks of John being unable to fix the issue, I took the care to Audi who assessed over $8,000 in repairs. At this point I tried to return the car but Best Auto refused stating they would fix the cat and turbo which should resolve the engine light. Once they "replaced" the turbo the check engine light returned and I had another mechanic check out the turbo. Photos are attached so you can see for yourself.

I purchased a 2015 Lexus GS30 in (unbelievably) near perfect condition with just under 9K miles. Rather than a long story, I've decided to list many reasons why it was such an enjoyable experience. Salesman Keith Chow 1. Personable. Keith is an all-around great guy and a very easy person to talk to, and he made the entire car buying experience actually enjoyable. 2. Professional. With years of experience in auto sales, Keith knows what he's talking about. I'm no expert, but having done my research on the car I intended to purchase, I was impressed that Keith already knew what I had learned about the car. 3. Patient. At no time did Keith pressure me into purchasing the vehicle. He allowed me to take my time examining the car at my own pace. Manager and Finance Director Phil Wang 1. I made it known that I was a serious buyer, and he treated me like a serious buyer (just without all the pressure). 2. Professional. Phil treated me with respect. He took down what I felt was a fair offer on the car, and I genuinely felt like he would try to get me that price. (And he did!) 3. Phil patiently waited as I looked over the numbers and paperwork, and explained each item in detail. My concluding thoughts... 1. Doc fees were fair, not overpriced. 2. Selection: with over 200 vehicles in stock, I'd imagine they have a car for practically all types of buyers. 3. Friendly staff. Keith and Phil were great to work with. 4. A steal would've been great (who doesn't want a ridiculously low price?), but I was happy that I got what I felt was a fair deal. Having previously done my research on the car (KBB market values, CARFAX, comparable searches on the same car at other dealerships), I targeted a figure between KBB's private party asking price and KBB's dealer asking price. Like any car dealership, I'm sure Auto X-Change did their homework as well, so I'm happy they didn't haggle with me. 5. On second thought, I think I got a great deal on the car... 6. I will certainly visit Keith and Phil the next time I'm looking for a car, and you should, too.

They replied saying it will be taken care of. The car smelled like old gas when I picked up the car and while filling the tank I noticed gas was leaking out of the rocker panel. I wiped do the gas think I spilled gas. On my way home I noticed the clutch wasn't working properly, smoking and brakes got weaker, so I stopped near Costco, Kona and checked the fluids and there was none, engine and hydraulic fluids were almost empty and I had a fifty miles left to go before reaching home. I then had to add almost six quarts of oil and two bottles of hydraulic fluid. The brakes got better as I put just about 350 miles but the clutch became an intermittent issue, got harder to shift when car got hot. So I send the car to my mechanic and found clutch master cylinder had failed due to lack of fluids and resulted is damaging the clutch. Now it is costing me $4500 dollars to fix the issues that was caused for their negligence, I have the text when I request the fluids to be checked before shipping the car. It's a Porsche with only 36k plus miles, this damage could have been avoided if they only listen to my request. Now I'm stuck with the bill.

I left a voicemail about it to work this out with the service lady who proceeded later to tell me the tech took a picture of the scratch on my seat before working on my car, but i guess that's fine when the tech realizes he tried taking the seat apart the wrong way, takes picture of his mistake, then finds the correct way to access the part to replace. Service manager stated techs take pics of the area to be worked before starting work. If that's the case, i only got a picture of one side of the seat and not the other side..so tech didn't follow the service managers instructions and SM sides with her lying tech. Got it. This isn't the first time I've been lied to by techs at this dealership doing warranty work on my car. Previous visit was for ACTUALLY replacing my entertainment screen and not lying about it being done the first time. Ask me how i know...not difficult to figure out if parts get replaced or not. Why should you have to worry about this coming here??? IF you do still go to this con job of a place, at least take pics yourself of area to be worked before you rely on "Certified" techs doing the work the right way, the FIRST time! This dealership is a con job...plain and simple. BBB review incoming.
