Horrible in every way..first off buying process simple but after getting off the lot and to keep your vehicle is another story. My Child purchased a car from them an asked for the spare key they said come back pick up the registration and the spare approximately 2 months of having the vehicle no payments behind mind you the car went missing. It was found back at the delarship claiming it was repo. Files a police report and what doesn't surprise me is that the statement showed bo overdue balance. Spoke with them and they said he was behind and the car was bought back by them. Pretty shady if you ask me. The car went missing on a Thursday but bought back on Monday by them and was able to pull up some type of bogus contract. This was a bunch of crap if you ask me not just shady a bunch of thieves keeping a spare key to grab a vehicle and resale it. DONT TRUST THEM read more

Bought my car from here as soon as I moved on island. After we paid our bill, we got a call saying we owed another $950. Our car was never detailed or cleaned, had sticky whatever on the seats and steering wheel. And within 3 weeks I had to get an oil change. On video, the owner said he would reimburse me for the oil change and when I had the time to come in he'd have his girl do the detailing which would take the whole day. I havent had the time to come in to get a detailing, which isn't their fault, except that it shouldve been done before the car was in the front lot and ready to be sold. I had to wait weeks and go back and forth to the dealership for our safety and registration. It's been 2 months now and I still havent been reimbursed for the oil change and everytime I call or text, the owner isn't in (are we shocked) And now, my AC is broken. In Hawaii. During the summer. And will cost me at LEAST $600 to replace. What happened to spreading Aloha, especially at a family business???? If you want to get scammed this is place to go! read more

I walk in and Louie greeted me. He took my information and took pictures of my car. He also took my information down and take a pictures of my title. He then said the owners will be in shortly from a trip. He assured me I will get a call back. I call the business and Louie answered I will call you back with in five minutes. No call back at all. Follow up or communication is the key to run a business. Just be honest if you don't want my car then just say pass or no and I'm okay. Louie told me that owner love MB too. Although the monthly price was a bit more then I expected for a 2015 kia... I still had a great experience. Being my first car purchase ever, and lost as fuck... Henry (the owner) really took care of me and walked me through it making sure I knew what was going on. He even drove himself to the bank to make sure I got approved. Nothing but genuine vibes from this guy! I love him! His employee, Eddie, seemed a bit frustrated with the back and fourth calls but he did his job. Thank you both so much!! Super grateful! I live on Kauai and was tired of all the people charging extra $$$ for cars in exchange for the hassle of going to Oahu. I flew to Oahu to look at cars I really wanted there & Toni, offered to drop the car off at young brothers and worked with me long distance which was a lot more complicated then it could have been if it didn't have to travel across islands. The day before my car was supposed to ship the bank denied my loan. I was devastated and he tried to work with me and find another way. In the end, it just wasn't the right timing for me to get a car loan and I was denied. So Toni mailed back my deposit! Which I am so grateful for because it allowed me to get a different car. No ho'ohanana. Garbage. Don't buy here. I originally gave a five star review. HOWEVER I have since learned different. I bought an $8,000 car from them. In the way home it overheated. I had it towed back and they fixed it. So I thought wow, these people are honest. Owner told me if I paid on time for six months I could "have any car on his lot". So, for six months I paid $350 a month--- early every month -- after my $2,500 down payment and literally 2k of repairs into the POS (I knew it was only temporary since I could trade it in after six months) so I stuck with it. When the six months was up it was a different story. Meanwhile the car is narely running. I asked to trade up. He told me the car wouldn't make it another week (which he was correct) but that I need to quit "changing jobs every five minutes". I literally got a job offer I couldn't refuse after working at another place for six months. Meanwhile my credit had improved to a 650 from a 580 when I originally purchased it. I told him to run my credit. He said he didn't want to "set of red flags" to the credit people and then told me come back in a month. Seriously???? You just said the car would t make it a week and now I'm to come back? How? On Da Bus? On my way out he told me to go online to fill out a new credit app. Didn't you just tell me not to? The car I was looking at was 11k. The one he said I would t qualify for. So I left and went to windward Dodge and qualified for a 25k loan on a wonderful car with a warranty. Don't go here. Buyer beware... I'm not sure if theres some kind of scam going on here. But its very suspicious.... Saw an ad on craigslist. Went in to look at the car and inquire about it. Price was over $1000 more than said craigslist advertisement. The car from the ad was the same car in person as it had the same body blemishes as the pictures and showed parts of the dealership building. (Earlier in the week i came right after they closed and caught one of their lagging employees who confirmed that WAS the same car....to be honest i didnt bother disclosing this though) They claimed it wasn't their ad and that someone possibly used their car for pictures....pictures taken from inside the car...hmmm. Then there was talk about it being a private vehicle that wasn't theirs? Not sure as the car fax i ran showed ut to be a dealer vehicle that cane from auction... Getting back to the ad, the contact on the ad had the same name as the owner.....i honestly didn't bother looking into it further and left. Very suspicious though..... Shortly after the craigslist ad was removed...then a few hours later the ad was put back up same price and pictures...just a "new ad"....the ads both have the same contact name as the guy at the dealer... I could have investigated further but felt that it wasnt worth my time but found it to be very suspicious...i just wanted to get out of there...buyer beware. read more

Probably one of the worse dealerships I've ever encountered, bought a car from them not even after my first payment the car I bought from them already had a problem do you seriously have one mechanic that calls in sick and don't show up for work?? First they tell me oh we gotta wait for your parts to come in then it'll be fix then the next day comes I call again oh mechanic called in sick tomorrow for sure call them day after oh he's not in yet??? Very, very, very rude. We went here to rent a uhaul truck. There were two in the parking lot and we were told the one was already reserved. After inquiring about the other one we were told to make a reservation online, which thanks to smartphones was totally possible. We then gave our reservation back to the man in charge who proceeded to tell us that we needed to go down to the uhaul in town all the while acting like we were the idiots. Very helpful and genuine. They allowed me to put a deposit down on a car I was interested in and gave it back to me when I was no longer interested. I never ended up purchasing my vehicle from them but they are an honest and reliable company. I am only giving 4 stars because I think their prices are kind of high for some vehicles, but I'm sure that's just the price of business. read more
