This place is shady don't buy a car from them. We purchased a vehicle and the odometer read 66k miles. But once we got home we looked at the bill of sale they gave us and it said actual mileage 130k. We also found another bill of sale left in the car the seller being the dealership and the date was only a month before we purchased this car. We looked up the car fax and found out this dealership sold our car twice before us. We called to ask about our registration and the manager said there was a mixup with the mileage and the car is worth more so we have to bring it back. We already signed a contract agreeing on a price we should not have to bring it back for a mistake YOU made. We contacted the owner who purchased the vehicle one month prior to us and she said after she left with the car they notified her that they lost the title and she has to bring the car back. While we were able to get into truck with no issues, I will say we should've checked the truck a bit more before agreeing to purchase. We realized there was a MASK in the truck, and an almost empty drink from Starbucks shoved under the back passenger seat. Along with this there were plenty of receipts stashed in various places. You guys should for sure clean the vehicles FARRR better. In addition to this, most places offer to fill up the gas tank when you purchase from them, but nope. This started off as a 4-5 star experience. Downhill from there. After finding a very nice Mercedes C300. Took home on temp registration (vehicle registration and safety not current). Next morning went to crank. Battery dead. Texted dealership salesman and no response. So texted again after getting new battery installed for $210. No response. After finalizing financing I came in and was told had an approval. Asked if I needed to bring anything said to just call prior. I did and different person there. Showed up with copy of invoice for battery and they made a copy. The was told I needed thousands of dollars down for car or trade in mine (for huge loss). 2012 Honda Civic Ex with 31k miles. They offered payoff haha. Which was 7900 for a 10k plus vehicle. Ridiculous. Posted on CL and sold for asking in three days. Called and told it was sold. Came back now to original salesman and had approved for decent rate with no money down. Car still out of date registration and safety because they didn't have the title. Apparently sold the vehicle prior to actually owning it outright. Called floating a car. After calling two weeks after getting the Cecile to find status of the vehicle registration so car would be street legal.. Was referred to Amanda. She said the equivalent of just deal with they don't have the title and she would write a letter to police/court for me since I had been pulled over THREE TIMES FOR EXPIRED SAFETY AND REGISTRATION. Then was told I was offered a vehicle to drive...I'm not kidding...a Kia Rio that hasn't been washed in a year. This a replacement offer for a Mercedes c300?!!! Ridiculous. After the following week being told registration is in and car can be safetied and registered I show up and they say they need the actual insurance cards. Not proof of insurance but the cards themselves. Yet didn't tell me to bring in these. Although they have proof of insurance already. I have owned maybe 15-16 cars in my 38yrs and everywhere from NC to CA to Japan and even Hawaii and this was the absolutely worse car buying experience I've ever gone through. Not reimbursed for the cost of battery (not even and offer of a portion of it), no discount on car and had to come back and forth to dealership 5 times just to have a drive-able car. Don't bother going to this place. Bought a second car 2015 BMW 328i the week after this car and it took 4hrs and completely done at AutoSource. read more
