So I left Honda to extend my rental car another day. Since we wasted so much time, I took my son to grab a late lunch before purchasing the car. After lunch I had the clarity of mind that since I extended my car rental; that I don't have to rush now since I had already rescheduled my viewings with my real estate agent. It was a blessing in disguise because I ended up going to a few more dealerships and landed at Jerry V's just down the street. I told them the same thing I told Kiet. I don't have time, and I asked, if you can give me this SUV for this price out the door, I will buy it right now. The manager came out to speak to me directly and asked if I had any wiggle room. I said no. As a result, I was able to buy my son a brand new 2026 Santa Fe with black leather interior for the same price cash out the door for what I would have paid for on the 2025 Sorento.
