Today's visit was for x-rays for the DR to come in and LOOK at my teeth AND GET A TREATMENT PLAN. We were super excited to finally get back to the norm get a cleaning in addition to any issues that were pointed out by the DR set up plan to address. Communication is key and they failed miserably at communicating how the process works at this office. Hard pass people I'd rather go to an office that respects my time.

When we walked in, we picked out our colors and I decided to get gel nails. When I was seated, my grandmother was still deciding on her color and one of the ladies came over and told her that you have to pay extra if it is your first time getting gel nails. I don't find this reasonable because at my nail salon in Dallas, I have never been charged extra because it was my first time. It has always been the same price. It wasn't extremely busy like they made it out to be over the phone. The manicure felt rushed and the people around us were able to get fancy nails.

When he put the acrylic on he dropped the beads on my hand and proceeded to use them. After he got the coats on and they dried, I realized there was a small black hair in the polish. I asked him if he could fix it and he said he'd paint over it! This set is horrid, I do not get my nails often and when I do I hate to have such a bad experience.

I was a walk-in on Sunday and Ashley O. cut my hair. This time I wanted it shorter so I had it cut up to my shoulders. Ashley was a sweetheart, very kind and caring and she did a great job.
