Why did I agree to the third appointment? Because the owner promised us a full refund PLUS $1000 if they didn't show for the last appointment. Despite them not showing for the last appointment, and sending me an email stating they would be sending me a check, it never showed up. I've tried calling, texting, and emailing them to resolve the issue, but they're definitely ignoring the problem. This was months ago, and to date, I've not received the service we paid for, received a refund, or even received a reply about the issue. We're now out hundreds of dollars, and I missed three full days of work for nothing.

In that time,…read moremy heat pump stopped working so I called around and chose another HVAC company to come fix it since they were the fastest to respond. It turns out that they were also very expensive, so I reached out to AirPro's again to see if they could come check it out. Unfortunately, I didn't submit the warranty registration almost 10 years ago for my Lennox heat pump so I had to pay out of pocket for the replacement (Tip: submit your warranty paperwork otherwise you'll pay out of pocket for any repairs, even under the warranty period)! However, the guys at AirPro's were able to confirm the issue and ordered and installed a replacement part for half of what another HVAC place wanted. They were also able to install the new part and service my furnace and heat pump in a little over an hour since they had two guys working on it. Everyone I have dealt with at AirPro's throughout the years have been courteous and explained everything in detail. I've also never had them try to sell me on something I didn't need. The bottom-line is that AirPro's is still my preferred HVAC company after 10 years of working with them. They're quick, efficient and cost-effective. I'm planning on using them again in a few years once it's time to replace my aging HVAC system.

Over the phone call, Hailey told me the furnace is already in stock and she asked me to send the contract and check over the mail. I reminded her that they may not receive the mail by Friday due to the delivery time. I even offered to pay over the phone. She confirmed sending via mail is fine. On Friday morning, I sent an email checking when will they come to install the furnace. Greg responded back saying they weren't be able to contact me, they don't have the furnace in stock, and they haven't received the payment and the contract. So they won't be able to install it as we agreed earlier. Later he email again saying the have the furnace in stock and I have to pay the full price over the phone before they can come out for the job. Obviously they don't have communication internally and treated customer very rudely. We are very disappointed with the experience.

They all had different plans and prices. JJ of AP mechanical spent the most time looking at the space and plotting out a plan. He also spent a good deal of time explaining his reasoning, and in the end I decided to go with them. They did the work according to schedule, at the agreed upon price, and any change orders were pre-authorized by me for the price agreed upon, no surprises. Very upfront and honest. The house has great, even heat and AC throughout which is something that my last (few houses) did not so I'm very happy with the quality of their work.
