They proceeded to tell me well it's nothing we could do someone else from the family could have gotten it I stated I don't have FAMILY here it's just me. She stated I NEEDED to call my insurance and they will replace it. I said it's not my fault to do all of this it's you all. Overall I only come here for an exam and take my prescription else where. The problem is the…read morefront support staff... my appt was at 3:20- I showed up 20min early, yet DID NOT WALK out the door until almost 6pm!! It seemed a bit disorganized and the staff were flustered over a patient record being misplaced, causing someone to be there an extra hour... Never have I had an exam take this long from start to finish; I spent a lot of time sitting waiting to see the DR. This is all after my appt was rescheduled two days prior - they say they called me and left a message, but I have no missed calls or messages from them. I would make sure that if you come here, make sure you plan a little extra time.

He is truly trying to make things right but I did not change my review immediately. I wanted to make sure that they were actually making these changes at the employee level, not just talking about them. I've seen some better courtesy from their employees and I think some of my concerns have been addressed. Not sure I'd say they are four or five starts yet, but they are better and maybe will get there if they continue to work to change their culture a bit. Worth a look if you need eyeglasses and can afford a higher price for better service than the big box stores, or if you have insurance they take here.
