I love coming in here after work and grabbing a bowl for dinner when I don't feel like cooking. But what I like equally is their pineapple and orange whip they serve up! Man does that hit the sweet spot!! Plus if you come in around dinner time they offer half price specials. What's more perfect than grabbing dinner and dessert in one quick friendly stop!!

Decided to give this place a try. I'm glad I did. It started with a friendly greeting and walk through of all the options. I got the build your own bowl. What a great value! A lot of choices to decide on. It was tough but I got through it. I built a heck of a bowl! Loaded with fresh ingredients from the fish to all the toppings and sauces. This poke place was great. I just thought it was a little too far away from many of the places that I go. They had pre set options and they also had a choose your own option. I liked all of the options. My favorite was the spicy chicken pre set option. They also served dole ice cream. They had a refreshing pine apple flavor. I also liked the stubborn soda brand they had at the soda fountain. I think there is one other restaurant that had stubborn soda for their soda fountain. I hope they reopen somewhere else.

I ordered the Spicy Tuna and had a beverage. This spot is very welcoming and friendly, the service was top notch. The food was good and reasonably priced, my only complaint is that the bowl did lack a little meat. The flavors were good but most of the bowl was veggies and not enough tuna. I will say the soda selection was delicious! If I'm ever in the area I'll be back to try other bowls.

This place was just as good the second time around! This is my go to poke place now. Doesn't hurt that it has dole whip ice cream because even though my daughter doesn't like fish, I can always talk her into it for the dessert.

Great service. Food is so fresh. Lots of options ever for a vegetarian which I appreciated. They have all of the good drinks that I used to drink in Hawaii so that's a big win.

This place is awesome! If you love ahi like I do run don't walk to this place! I chose the build your own bowl with spicy tuna, rice and the OG sauce. The toppings they have to choose from are in abundance. I topped it off with Avocado cream sauce which was so yummy. I can't wait to go back and try their pineapple soft serve. The male and female employees were extremely knowledgeable of all the choices and what they were. Also, they were just genuinely nice and seemed like they enjoyed their job. Customer service was excellent!

We stopped in on the night of 4/18/25, and I really want to complement the guy and girl working this shift. I have been wanting to come here for a while as I really like poke, but I was kind of disappointed. Aloha! In the mood for some fresh flavors and ingredients, and want to stay on the healthy side too? You can't go wrong with a poke bowl. Tasty cuts of lean fish (or chicken) on a bed of rice and veggies, topped with plenty of seafood garnishes that make you feel practically island-side. I usually go with white rice, then half ahi tuna, half spicy salmon. I prefer the OG sauce because I like some savory with my spicy. After that, I load up with pineapple mango salsa, seaweed, and pickled veggies, as well as an assortment of other crunchy and spicy toppings like sesame seeds and toasted coconut. Then, finish it off with one of the sauces. I like the Togarashi and Ono Ono. My wife is a fan of the avocado cream. Be picky and get what you like, or be adventurous and try something new. Depending on the day, you can sometimes get a premium topping for free. Up at the counter, they'll walk you through signature bowls with pre-identified ingredients or help you make your own custom creation with what you see in front of you. I appreciate that the ingredients are not only in front of you but also called out on the menu above, which helps when trying to figure out what to put in your masterpiece. The folks here have been very helpful. We met the owner at one point, who is just a real nice and genuine guy. It's nice to be able to support a local Gilbert franchise. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Oh yeah, ambiance. It's always so clean and casual inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's open table seating and even a couch where you can lounge and watch the TV, which is often streaming surf videos.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We'll definitely be back again.

So after the Veterans Day workout on 11/11/23, they had a buy one get one 1/2 off and it truly was the best thing after a long grueling workout! The food smelled and tasted fresh. Found this gem during Nurses week! They were gifting free Dole Whip to nurses and I had to stop in! I was delightfully surprised by the size of this treat and how much it resembled the Dole Whip we enjoyed in Hawaii!! They also gave my daughter her own to enjoy! This place is a must visit if you're ever in the area! They have so many choices ranging from vegan, to double protein, to even just plain chicken. Everything here taste amazing and delicious and I heard it's all made in house! They even have dole whip which is a great treat for this heat! I usually go for the spicy tuna and ahi but it was the ona ona sniff for me it's a great Thai chili sauce and taste amazing! read more

Finally a good Poke bowl place in Arizona. I used to live in Oregon and Washington where you can find a really good fresh fish, so my standards are little high. If we are honest the restaurants in Arizona are not to good, their local produce is very good but they don't used in their restaurants, almost everything come from cans instead of use their local produce (but that's another story). So that is the reason why when I moved to Arizona I was afraid of not find good places, but this is not the case with this place. I really enjoyed every bite of my bowl. Thanks!!!! read more

This place has very fresh and good poke. My only criticism is the owner (I'm guessing it was him) was there the whole time and almost hovering over people and pouncing on them as they walk in. Came here for the first time with a friend for lunch and oh my gosh.. I'm from the California Coast so I have high expectations for fresh fish and this place was AMAZING. The customer service was great, the ambiance was super chill and comfortable. The place was clean and totally went beyond my expectations. We went around 2:30/3 and the young man who assembled our bowls was great. One of the owners came out to welcome us and that totally put the cherry on the cake. I usually went to the one Poke place Queen Creek and that was a hassle to drive to since I lived in Gilbert. It was closed on the day I wanted Poki so I went back to Apple map and try to look for another one. I saw a new Poke place that just opened up in the neighborhood. I LOVED IT!! Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. The workers were also very friendly and patient with the orders as well. The place was decorated so beautifully and very theme fitting. Love Love Love! I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago sending an online order pretty close to the store closing and I noted it was my first time... When I showed up the manager or owner was inside and making my bowl herself and said she wanted to make it perfect for me! The food was AMAZING. I have been telling my guests at work to try it out (I bartend locally) I just picked it up again tonight for my after work meal and loved it so much I finally got on to leave the review I should have left the first time. This is one of my favorite ways to eat healthy and delicious food. My only regret? Not adding more veggies! Because I probably would've enjoyed them! The man taking our order was very fast and efficient and chill. Their bathroom and dining room was clean. My only complaint is that my husband mentioned that the salmon was slimy, which I noticed when we were adding ingredients to our bowl. The salmon had that white film for when it's been sitting out for a little bit. Also, I dislike paying extra for avocado. But all things considered, this place had GREAT food that I was able to split (or nail the whole thing because it's so tasty) for around $16. ...I'll probably be back!

We did not have a reservation and the only open seating was at the bar or high tops in the bar area. We were quickly greeted and our server was incredibly on top of it! I noticed that the main menu had a line at the bottom that stated a gluten-free menu would be available upon request. I did ask to see this menu as gluten-free is my dietary preference, not an allergyand I was brought a complementary gluten-free bun instead of the pretzel bread. I thanked our server and told him not to worry that it was just a preference and he told me that he treats all gluten friendly requests as an allergy. I really appreciated the care and concern he had for my health and well-being. This is unprecedented at most restaurants. They had a very extensive gluten-free menu and I can't wait to go back and try so many more items. We did try the Leonard burger and made quite a few modification requests - all of which were 100% accommodated. This burger was so incredibly juicy! My entire hand was dripping by the time I got done eating it. Everything else we tried was delicious. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement and will definitely be returning soon!

My review went up on 5/21 and by the very next day, 5/22, a regional manager named Jayson responded publicly as the business owner, and left his email. I emailed him that same day, and after I followed up on 5/27 he wrote back, copied the store manager, and asked me to send my phone number and a good time so we could talk it through directly. I did exactly that, same day. That was 5/27. It is now 6/9 and I have not heard a word back. No email, no call, no text. The original incident was 5/10, so we are at 30 days now. This wasn't a stray hair - that's relatively benign and sometimes happens in food prep, not great but harmless. This was a different category of foreign body in food: fragments that looked like they came off equipment, which means whatever produced them is presumably still in use, still capable of doing it again to the next person. This is what made the unresponsiveness frustrating. It's not about my daughter's one açaí bowl, it's about whether the thing that caused it ever got looked at. A simple "we looked at it, can't determine yet what happened, but we'll update you" would have been fine, but I got boilerplate "you deserve better" corporate slop. I didn't want my ego stroked, I wanted them to look into something serious. They are great at moving fast in public: their Yelp! reply was up within a day, right under my review, where everyone can see it. But the private follow-up, the part nobody else is watching, has now gone three weeks radio silent, after they were the ones who asked for my number, but never used it. Fast when it's visible, and crickets when it's not, tells you where the attention really goes. If you're reading this and trying to decide, take a little time with the reviews here, the detailed ones and the thin ones, the recent and the older, and decide for yourselves if there is a pattern or not. I'm done with them, they lost my trust. For the record, their açaí bowls when they don't contain bits of industrial machinery are pretty good, but we'll go to Swami's when we are in Oceanside and will try to find something else in the valley.

We had an outstanding experience today, thanks in large part to the friendly and attentive young lady behind the counter. She crafted our three poke bowls and two Dole Whips with genuine care, and her suggestions for combinations and add-ins were spot on. You could tell she truly takes pride in what she does. The poke bowls were not only incredibly tasty but also filling and satisfying. As a family that sticks to a low-inflammation diet, we really appreciated the wide range of fresh and nourishing ingredients available. Everything tasted vibrant and clean. The restaurant's vibe is equally worth mentioning comfortable seating, a cozy sofa, and club chairs made it easy to unwind and enjoy our meal. Once we sat down to eat our food, we were surprised at the overall lack of flavor/quality for the price. I even asked for extra sauce, the staff member did give me extra sauce, but with that, it still was not enough to give the dish adequate flavor.
