However, a more effective approach might be to balance the menu engineering by leaning on lower food cost items, like seasonal sides or creative vegetarian options, to offset the expense of sourcing and correctly preparing higher-end brisket. This would allow for a better product that justifies its price point, covers its own cost, and ultimately helps the company's bottom line while maintaining the quality standards this town deserves.
