There is a huge outdoor area with plenty of space to play cornhole, listen to music or just enjoy the view of the marina. Service was great both times. Super friendly and accommodating. Came here with my husband for dinner on a saturday. We got sat right away, upstairs on the top floor. The views are amazing. You can see the canal and boats passing by. Server came over quick with drinks. I got the fried flounder platter and my husband got a flounder sandwich. The flounder platter was huge, 2 large pieces of flaky and delicious flounder. Side of fries and coleslaw. The tarter sauce was delicious and the server brought extra over and remembered when I asked. My husband said his sandwich had a lot of flounder and was delicious. It came with fries but I also got the side of Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was death row worthy. A total hit! I will dream of it! This was an all around awesome experience. Our waitress was super sweet and charming. The vibes at this place are great with marina views and nice big patio as well as interior. The grilled flounder was so thin it made single-ply gas station toilet paper look luxurious. The cucumber salad consisted of roughly three cucumber slices and a generous serving of empty space. Unfortunately, the service matched the portions in which our server seemed completely uninterested, and it showed throughout the meal. The view was fantastic, which is about the best thing I can say. Somehow, in 2026, multiple staff members couldn't figure out how to change the channel on a TV. To add to the frustration, when ordering a burger, the server asked if I wanted "everything on it." I said yes, assuming that meant the standard toppings. Instead, I was charged extra for bacon, despite there being no mention of an upcharge and no indication on the menu that bacon was included in "everything." And rather than serving the chips on the plate like a normal restaurant, I was presented with a beautiful plastic bag of chips leaning against my burger like it was a packed school lunch. The flounder in the flounder sandwich is phenomenal but coleslaw not fresh and the fries cold and soggy. Oysters we stopped eating because they tasted fishy and not fresh. The ranch water ordered tasted off like a sweet tart suggests bad tequila or not using high quality topo Chico. Wish they'd do better job because we'd go more often. This was our first restaurant stop on IOP during a family vacation. We sat outside near the water and had a great view. That was the best part about our experience. Our server was just OK and the food about the same. Our family loves hush puppies and we try them everywhere. These may be some of the worst I've had. Either their recipe just stinks or they were way over cooked. You couldn't even cut them with a fork. My kids turned their heads on them because the puppies were too hard. We also ordered the crab dip which was good and very filling. The crab cakes were also very good. I ordered a Pick 2 seafood meal that was so so. Kinda boring in preparation and presentation.
