He was incredibly responsive, answering hundreds of my questions with patience and detail. His level of customer service was beyond anything I expected. A perfect example--on the day of the event, I ran out of garbage bags. Without hesitation, Vivian personally went to the store and got them for me--without me even asking! That's next-level service. The Polynesian dancers, fire knife performers, and hula dancers were absolutely mesmerizing. Chief Harvey and fire dancer Lopati put on a breathtaking show, while the talented hula girls captivated everyone with their graceful moves and traditional costumes. The setup was stunning--tiki statues, a grass shack, and a beautifully arranged Hawaiian buffet that truly transported us to the islands. To top it off, they even gifted us a gorgeous floral arrangement from the buffet décor! My parents said it felt like they were back in Hawaii--minus the beach! I don't usually leave a review. But these guys deserve it. We hired Islanders Luau for our annual company party, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. One of our employees had used them for a private event and highly recommended them, so we decided to give them a try. As the planning committee, we were a little apprehensive about the on-site cooking. Our previous year's event had a BBQ theme, and let's just say it didn't go as planned. But with Islanders Luau, we had nothing to worry about. They arrived two hours before our 400-person event, set up a beautifully themed tropical buffet, and managed to grill everything to perfection within that time. And the entertainment? Incredible. The dancers were absolutely mesmerizing, and the fire baton performer (forgive me if that's not the right term) was hands down the best I've ever seen. read more

Maril and all the crew at Islander's Luau did an amazing job at providing a full-service luau in keeping with all the traditions and events one would expect from a luau in the islands. The food was delicious, plentiful, fresh and hot, as they grilled it on site. I appreciated that Islander's took care of everything... decorations, food, entertainment, DJ, set up & breakdown. Our guests loved the interactive Polynesian show, and I highly recommend the palm leaf weaving activity which was enjoyed by young & old alike. Maril accommodated all of our special requests and was flexible and helpful. He had a way of being easy going while still managing to stay on top of all communications & requests. This group did our wedding reception. I couldn't believe how many decorations and tikis and palm trees they brought in with them. They entirely transformed the place. Also, food was quality. Our head table was covered in tropical flowers which my wife thought was amazing. It was pretty nerve-racking to put all your eggs in one basket, having one single company do the decorations, catering, & luau dancing - but it was an awesome overall celebration. Our guests came up for weeks (literally) afterwards telling us how much fun it was. Wedding receptions have a very tight schedule and Maril was able to keep things moving and make the evening run smooth. My guests felt really spoiled and everyone said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! From the pre- planning to the delivery I give this company 5 stars! He offers several menu choices, live and recorded music, dancers; male and female, and other great extras. We got married in Hawaii the week before, and wanted a authentic style Luau for our belated wedding reception at our home. What a wonderful experience! Everything turned out perfect. All of the staff were on time and professional. The lei greeter made our guests feel welcome , the 2 hula dancers and lead entertainer were awesome, and the food was very tasty! We had 100 guests for our "rehearsal dinner and pre-wedding luau." Islanders did a fantastic job all around. They were easy to work with and very efficient, even though we had a torrential downpour about 2 hours before the start of our event. We hired Islanders Luau for our son's wedding reception and it was AMAZING! They came and set up all of their amazing tikis and backdrops, and their florist did all of the exotic tropical flowers and it was gorgeous. The buffet they put together was stunning as well. Maril was easy to work with, even with a stressed out bride. The entertainment was super fun, and everyone loved seeing our son do the haka.
