My gutters hand't been cleaned in a long time and had developed a couple of trouble spots. I also have guter guards which complicated the job a little more. But no worries, the gutter guards were removed, gutters were unclogged where needed and cleaned, the gutter guards were reinstalled more securely than before. They also cleaned my solar panels which needed just as much attention. Professional, prompt, and a pleasure to work with, Eli and Tyler! I had to reach out to clarify a couple of things and Eli was just as prompt and professional as the first time that we spoke. We have done clear lights as well as the holiday style (red, green, white) and get compliments each year from neighbors and passers by! (We like a clean aesthetic so I don't know how much styling they can do if you like to be extra on your display, so you'll have to ask!) They are easy to schedule, very communicative, and get the job done in about 2 hours with a crew of about 4 dudes. They also do free maintenance in case a bulb comes undone due to heavy weather! Not cheap, but peace of mind, convenience, and beauty never is!

After leaving my number with several different companies and not getting any call-backs, I got a call-back from Todd (soon after leaving my number on his voicemail). After describing the job I needed done, He estimated the job for me right then and told me he'd be by later that afternoon. I was impressed by his professionalism AND his enthusiasm to get the job done, even though it turned out to be much tougher than initially anticipated. He really worked hard and got my nasty gutters cleaned up. Even though the job took twice as long as originally estimated, Todd stuck to the original estimate, and seemed happy to do so. This is the correct way to run a service!! I was so happy with the job though, i was happy to pay him a little extra. The downspouts were also clogged and he was able to clear them too! Also installed downspout strainers to keep them from getting clogged up again. There was one area of gutter about 12 feet long that was so bad, it had rusted through and was virtually useless. Todd told me repairs of this nature were beyond the scope of his services, but offered to come back and provide me with a patch job (as a temporary fix) but I'd have to wait until we'd had a few days of dry weather. A couple weeks later, he came out and did an AWESOME job of patching it up. I think this "temporary fix" should hold at least a couple of years or so! Thanks Todd!!! I highly recommend Todd to anyone looking to get their gutters cleaned. But he also offers other services, such as, window cleaning, pressure washing, hauling, to name a few. And I think some others that I can't recall just now. I am currently looking forward to using Todd on a few more jobs around here later this spring. Chris Reynolds, the owner, showed up and did an excellent job. He took the photos of the solar panels and the roof. He also took his time to answer all my questions before he began his work. He educated me about the cleaning process and how the panels and the roof can be damaged by the droppings if they are not cleaned timely and properly. When Chris completed the work in 8 hours, he again took some photos of the gutters and solar panels ensuring that there is no damages caused by him. I was impressed with his professionalism. His work exceeded my expectation by being thorough and attention to details. He made sure that the area around the house is clean upon the completion of the work. I messaged again the next day and still no one has ever responded or gotten back to me!! Either this company is something of a SCAM, or they have absolutely PISS-POOR business practices. It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.
