    Clean store.

Great place and amazing prices. Yadier was very efficient and kind. Store is very neat and layout is great.

I didn't even have to eat any of the many, many, many sweets on display at It'sugar to practically go into a sugar coma! OK, that was a bit of an exaggeration ... but only a bit. It'sugar is one of the many stores in Quincy Market. When I visited recently, I had to duck in. There are two floors of so many different sugar confections, from cotton candy (even pickle flavored!), candy gifts, candy with cartoons on them, bulk candy, nostalgic candy, giant candy, candy that looks like food and more. If I was a kid, I might have died a little in excitement when I entered. Everything looked clean and well organized. If you're looking for something fun to take home with you, It'sugar might be your ticket. As you can imagine, some of these items had the tourist mark-up, but then again, how often are you going to buy giant gummy bears? It'sugar is a place dedicated to indulgences, so why not live it up?

Talk about feeling like a kid in the candy store!! This is two floors (you heard me) and it's got what feels like every candy you can think of. I love the hugeeee boxes since those are so gifty. I almost got myself a massive box of the pink starbursts because I just loved the size of the box and how fun it looked on display. My friend got some chocolate covered gummy bears (which are her favorite) so she was super happy with her purchase. I enjoyed walking around looking at all the candy. Everything is displayed so nicely!

What a fun experience- not just another store full of candy but it was all displayed in such an artistic and colorful way and the staff were all proud and excited about the products. Great recommendations and some funny products!

It's a cute little candy shop with LOTS to choose from! I saw a lot of candy I had never heard of but looked delicious. Found a few things for the kids.

I took my co workers from outside the country here, and we were literally like kids in a candy store. I think they might have been overwhelmed with how many sugary options there were, and I had fun explaining the tastes and textures of a lot of things to them. Like Peeps! Such a fun time, if you're looking for some candy, here's where you wanna go.

New It'sugar on first floor of S. Market St., Faneuil Hall. There were a couple specials going on which offered much variety when I visited which seemed great. They have only been open for a few weeks and everything looks brand spanking new. Speaking with one of the employees about their hours of operation, they are open until 8pm when most other shops in Faneuil Hall area are closed. That's a plus for those that need the sugar.

It'Sugar is a sweet tooth's dream and a dentist worst nightmare! This is a two floor candy shop in Quincy Market. They have normal candy you can scoop and pay by weight. They also have tons of off the wall candy that I was too nervous to try. The staff was friendly and made sure all of the candy bins were stocked and fresh. Everything is sweet or candy themed. They have really funny saying decorating the store and plenty of candy themed pillows, shirts, and other gear. This is a fun stop to get some nostalgic candy if you are already going to be in the area of Quincy Market.

I found a Dubai chocolate bar there! It's the best and I didn't want to order it online, so finding it was great!

Not as much at the wall candy as I was expecting, a little empty looking with generic candy that was a little over priced.

Flavors are more upscale than your normal store bought gummy. Flavors we got include rose, champagne, peach Bellini and vanilla latte. Check the box and these say non-alcoholic. Even though some are alcohol flavored, the saleslady said the alcohol is cooked off in the cooking process. The gummy is harder than what I prefer and some of the flavors like the rose and champagne taste like regular gummy bears. The price is for the brand , not necessarily for what you get. The small cubes are ~$8 each. The larger cubes are around $25 each. However, they do have a great promos and a very good loyalty program. We were there the day after valentines and their valentine cubes were buy 3 get 2 free. In addition, they had a Presidents' Day promo - spend $30 and get a free cube which could be used in conjunction with the valentines offer (so we just had to buy 1 more cube to reach $30) In addition to that, we got a small welcome pack for joining the loyalty program and another free cube for birthday reward!

We walked into a location that fits the brand well, sitting comfortably among the other specialty food options in the mall without feeling out of place. The Strawberry and Dubai Chocolate combo is the natural order for anyone trying the concept for the first time. It arrived with pistachio butter and a layered set of toppings that made the whole thing feel more composed than a standard chocolate treat. The chocolate itself is smooth and restrained on the sweetness, which works in its favor and keeps the experience from tipping into cloying territory. The combination with the strawberry is well balanced, with the fruit cutting through the richness of the pistachio and chocolate in a way that keeps each bite feeling fresh rather than heavy. At around eighteen dollars, the price point is the main hesitation. The quality is there and the experience of working through the combination is genuinely enjoyable, but it is more of a one time indulgence or a special occasion treat than something that becomes a regular habit at that cost. As a gift or a novelty stop during a Prudential visit it makes more sense, and the novelty of the Dubai Chocolate format still holds up well enough to justify the trip if you have not tried it before. Decent chocolate, an experience worth having at least once, but probably not a frequent stop for most people.

We walked into a small but thoughtfully designed space with a fun and colorful atmosphere that makes it enjoyable to browse even before picking anything out. The shop has a curated, intentional feel, focusing on specialty treats and gift options rather than just carrying the usual selection you would find at a standard candy store. The layout is compact but well organized, with the pick-your-own candy setup adding an interactive element that makes the visit feel more engaging. The candy selection is the main highlight. There is a great mix of gummies, sour candies, chocolates, and international sweets, with many options that feel more unique than typical grocery store candy. The Swedish-style gummies and Bubs candies are especially worth checking out if you like chewy candy with different textures and flavors, and the variety across the selection gives you plenty of room to explore different combinations. The shop also has options beyond candy, including chocolate, soft serve, and seasonal treats. The soft serve adds another reason to visit, especially during warmer weather, and flavors like maple soft serve fit well with the New England feel of the store. The combination of candy and ice cream makes it feel less like a quick purchase and more like a fun dessert stop. The staff were friendly and helpful during our visit, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. The store is on the smaller side, so it can feel crowded when there are a lot of people browsing, but the layout still makes it easy to look around. The prices are a little higher than a typical candy store, but the quality and uniqueness of the products make sense for the experience. Madeleine's Candy Shop is one of those places that feels like a destination rather than just a place to buy sweets. The cute atmosphere, creative selection, and attention to detail make it a great stop for a treat, a gift, or simply a fun place to browse. It offers a candy shopping experience that feels both thoughtful and playful, with a rotating selection that rewards repeat visits and exploration.
