    Delicious Lasagna, pizza, and rolls

The private room was perfect for my sister's 60th birthday party! Food was delicious and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The kid and I came here for lunch on a Saturday a little after they opened. We were the first ones in, but people started trickling in soon after. Neither of us have been here before, but we both love Italian food and supporting local businesses. The inside isn't very big and decorated as you would expect, with Italian decor. The waitress came right over and took our drink order. By the time she got back we were ready with our food order. We ordered the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, and wow! They were warm and gooey and just delicious! I ordered the Chicken Forest which comes with mushrooms and garlic, subbing angel hair pasta for spaghetti. The food was fantastic and creamy! I did add a sprinkle of parmesan and red pepper flakes. It was a lot of food which I was able to split into 3 different meals. Score! Mine came with a side salad and I chose the house dressing. The salad was decent, and the dressing was a unique vinaigrette. The kid ordered the philly without peppers or onions. It came on a large, toasted hoagie topped with melty cheese. Unfortunately, it was very dry. I guess they don't put any type of dressing or sauce on it? The meat was good, but being dry made the sandwich disappointing. Our waitress didn't come back after taking our order until we were ready for the check and to-go boxes. The cook (I think?) brought us our food and got us refills. I do think they may have been the only ones working and there were a few tables by that time.

Week 9 Letter I-we went to Italianos Restaurant in River Oaks Very much a "family owned hole in the wall" type restaurant, we walked in and it was not crowded at all. The service was great! They bring out fresh bread. Not knowing this, we ordered cheese bread and fried calamari-both excellent! My children ordered off the kids' menu and the portions were huge! Spaghetti with a meatball for one, spaghetti with meat sauce for the other. My cousin came in town and went with us to dinner. She ordered the special of the day - Chicken Sunrise - pasta with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, and chicken tossed in a garlic cream sauce talk about food envy! Hubby ordered chicken Parmesan, which is his go to for Italian, and he thought it was really good. I got the tour of Italy-chicken Parmesan, lasagna, and fettuccini alfredo. Amazing! The prices were very reasonable-again, huge portions! We brought home so much food. And they are BYOB so we enjoyed a bottle with dinner This is a great local place and I'm sure they would love the business! Check it out next time you're craving Italian!

My wife and I stopped by for a late lunch. We were greated by the owner. Service was excellent. The food portions were very generous and prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be returning.

    Cheesy garlic bread

What in the world is this. If I pay extra for cheesy garlic bread, I would like the cheese to still be on the bread, not on the foil.

Came in on a Tuesday evening. Very cute Italian restaurant right off the road. Nicely decorated. The service is great. All of the employees working there each came out and checked on us. We originally just came in to grab a drink and sit down and talk but we were impressed by the genuine appreciation and hospitality that we ordered a pizza to go. We have tried every pizza place around our House in Hurst, 20min out. Nothing compares to this place 30 min away. lol Will be more than happy to drive the distance for this pizza. We will definitely be back.

It's a smaller restaurant but popular for date night or friends and there is a reservation option if needed. Service is excellent and you notice repeat customers based on conversations. Their house salad and garlic bread are the best and not typical! We've so far tried and recommend Stracciatella soup, garlic bread, meatballs, Foccacia Mozzarella, Chicken Cacciatore, Tortellini Aventino's, Tortellini Rosa, ziti pesto - add chicken!, Chicken Cannelloni and the lasagna. The dinner salad with grilled chicken is also delicious. The cheesecake is our dessert of choice but the Cappuccino Ice Cream Pie is popular. They do have an espresso martini, full bar and wine list.

The meatballs were pretty decent, but the carrots inside them were odd. But that wasn't even the worst part about our experience. For dinner we ordered the ravioli carciofi and chicken parmigiana. It took 45 minutes for our food to come out, not to mention we ordered before a table of 4, and their food came out before ours. The restaurant was not busy enough to take 45 minutes for our food to come out. When our food eventually came out, the ravioli tasted like it was straight out of a frozen package from Walmart, and my chicken tasted like it was overcooked in oil, not worth the $8 up-charge. The chicken parmigiana tasted chewy, the sauce was bland/watery and the noodles tasted like they were store bought. For $64, I would expect better. The service was mediocre at best. Our waitress didn't even introduce herself. Never asked how we were doing or how our food was. We had to flag her down and ask her where our food was after waiting for so long. She would have not told us when our food was coming if we did not ask! I really had high hopes for this place and wish the food and service were better. Would not recommend or will not be coming back!

Pizza is prepared in two styles - Neapolitan (thin and chewy) and Roman (thin and crispy). Iced tea was delightful. Wine options are a bit overwhelming, so ask your server for recommendations. Decor is warm, eclectic (hostess station is an antique desk, love it!), and welcoming. The restaurant isn't huge, thereby adding to its welcoming vibe. There are small tables along with bar-top seating, giving you options if you're alone or with a group. Shoutout to the staff who are supremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the restaurant. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the work that goes into each dish. To call this an italian restaurant is a joke, it feels like someone who's never been to Italy is trying to fool people with this generic nonsense. Service was fine, but the food quality helped me understand why the place was overwhelmingly empty on a Thursday evening. On top of that, they asked if id like bread with my pasta, I said yes and they brought 2 pieces of burnt bread. I asked for some butter or oil, they brought a small patch of decent quality butter. I finished my meal and asked for the check, I was shocked to see they charged me $5 for the bread and $1 for the tiny piece of butter. I've never seen this before, and was quite surprised they didn't mention i was going charged when they asked if i wanted bread. Avoid, customers don't deserve to be treated this way when there are so many options in the area.

The area around Cafe Bella isn't the most scenic in my opinion, but the entrance and outdoor patio are full of greenery, which makes up for it.
