A classic ride at the park. It's a slow moving journey on a boat through scenes of every countries inhabitants. Some updates need to be made, especially to the ceiling. It was last on our list, but we were glad to have had the time for this tour.

This ride opened at Disneyland on May 28, 1966 and is based on the song of the same name by the Sherman Brothers. This is a slow boat ride that goes through different countries and cultures. The ride moves with slow-moving boats and has themes about global unity and peace. Because it's such a slow ride I can actually take pictures. The ride has a catchy tune and lasts about 14 minutes. There are tons of recognizable characters throughout. It's not the most exciting ride and I usually get sleepy while on the ride because it's so slow moving.

It's a Small World is such an underrated ride, I don't get why more people aren't obsessed with it. I love it because it's slow, relaxing and not too short of a ride. It is perfect for when you need to rest tired feet, get your adrenaline back down from all the thrill rides or to cool off in the air conditioning during the summer months. I usually already enjoy the normal version of It's a Small World, the little boat ride that takes you around the world. When it is in the holiday layout though, it is literally a whole different game, it definitely brings on the holiday spirits. The attention to detail is WILD, there is so much to look at. All the animatronics are dressed in winter gear and the whole place becomes a winter wonderland. The main holiday featured is Christmas but as you ride through, Hanukah, New Year's and Lunar New Year is also included. I'm all about inclusion and diversity. Aside from the soundtrack of "It's a Small World", during the holidays it also includes "Jingle Bells", "Deck the Halls" and "Joy to the World". Every year, when Disney brings out the holiday vibes, riding It's a Small World to kick off the season is an absolute must. p.s. if you haven't ridden the normal version, do that too! It's also great!

One of the classic attractions in Fantasyland you can't miss. The history of this ride is fascinating and always a treat to watch old footage of Walt Disney sharing how it was created for the 1964-1965 New York World's Fair, then moved to Disneyland in Anaheim after the fair ended in 1966. The facade's styling, the many countries represented, and Mary Blair's artistic style are still amazing to see. The music will get stuck in your head for the rest of the day. Throughout the day, the animated clock show on the facade runs every 15 minutes--a treat for the whole family. The 15-minute attraction is a great place to relax, escape the heat, or take a quick nap. Queue lines move fast, but during peak season times, you'll wait 30-50 minutes. Lightning Lanes options are available. On average, the wait is usually between 15 and 20 minutes. During the holidays after Halloween, It's a Small World transforms into a festive experience, with Christmas songs blending with the original music and holiday decorations. Say it with me... It's a small world after all.

While the continuous singing gets a little annoying, this is a must-ride nostalgic, classic ride. Definitely a pleasant, relaxing break from walking all day in the park. My favorite sections are the Asia and Pacific Islander areas.

I love It's a Small World, especially during the holiday season. The song gets stuck in your head like an ear worm but is is great. You can't help but smile when you hear the music and see all the decor and bright colors. One of my favorite parts is seeing the outside all lit up. Who wouldn't love a musical water journey through the world? Great chance to just sit, enjoy, and relax as well.

What's not to love about a slow moving boat in an air conditioned indoor environment with gentle singing? A perfect time out on a hot afternoon, and usually the wait isn't all that long. ProTip: This is also an excellent area to watch the fireworks show. :)

I'm so happy that Disneyland brought their "It's a Small World" ride! It was one of my favorite rides as a kid. Thankfully, I was able to take my little one on this same ride so she can experience it for herself. Obviously, the ride is much different than the one I went on in the early 1990s. The colors are more vibrant, the animatronics are much more lively, and the music had different beats and flairs from different cultures. It's a Small World is a must see ride when at Disneyland!

One of my favorite rides ever. You can sit down and relax plus sing throughout the entire ride. Nice air conditioning throughout the ride. It's so beautiful of the different cultures represented in the ride. I love it. Give the ride a try when you are in the park.

It's a small world ride is great for all ages. On my visit it was not Christmas themed yet. The line was not too long, about 15 minutes and it went quickly. You do have to step down into boats and up onto the ledge after. I would say it can be difficult for those with mobility issues. No drops and no splashes on this ride. It's nice and cool on warmer days and since the ride is indoors it can be a nice ride to get warm on cooler rainy days like other Disney indoor rides. This ride depicts children in beautiful colorful outfits from all over the world singing along to a song that may seem repetitive but it's part of the original nostalgic feel that the Walt Disney and the Sherman brothers ( they write the song) set for children and their families to enjoy for decades.

This is an iconic ride, which is probably the most recognized ride in the park! It satisfies the inner child in all of us, and of course the children are amazed at the colorful characters from different continents and the clothing that makes each of the countries standout. I have to admit, that on a hot day, this is the perfect place to hangout and enjoy the super air conditioning.

This was such a cool ride during the holidays. They light up the whole outside and they also redo the Indian and make the whole thing Christmas theme. They even change the song from "it's a small world" and they do a mash up with jingle bells. It's a very cool ride. The wait can get long though, up to an hour.

There is so much to see, do, and explore that it kept both our three-year-old and us adults busy the entire day. From rides and attractions there was always something going on around every corner. Since it was a weekend, the park was very crowded, and most ride wait times ranged anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes. Despite the long lines, we were still able to enjoy ourselves and make great family memories. One thing that really surprised us was the food. The variety of dining options was excellent, and everything we tried was delicious. Compared to many other theme parks, the food selection here felt more diverse and flavorful. The only thing I noticed was the lack of a dedicated playground area for smaller children. It wasn't a big issue for our family since there were still plenty of things for our little one to enjoy, but it's something worth mentioning for families with young kids. Overall, Knott's Berry Farm is a fantastic family destination with lots of entertainment, great food, and activities for all ages. Even with the crowds, we had a wonderful first visit and would definitely come back again!

To begin, I went with a group of 9 - 4 adults and 5 kids (8y, 6y, 5y, 2y, 1mo). Of course, with younger kids there is going to be plenty that you cannot go on with them and so someone has to sit out. The wife and I got the 2 park pass so on day 1 we went to DL and then on day two we went to DCA+DL. The first thing I want to say is that DL truly tries very hard to be two things - clean and welcoming. They have people nonstop cleaning up - not only just the trash but even the flowers/leaves that fall off the trees. Secondly, all the workers are there working - I saw nobody on their phone. Even the people taking food orders seemed relatively happy to be there. There were multiple people working there that were LGBQT, which I liked as an Ally. I love the mix of shows and rides. Maybe they are planned, but there was multiple times that a Character showed up while waiting in line and the kids got to talk with them and take pictures (or sign the book, if you had that). In short, there is always something going on in DL. Parking and the trams were phenomenal. On any day, in either direction - it was never more than a 3min wait. We had a stroller and always got the double compartment too, so we could break the stroller down and get in with all the kids. The light parade was also super awesome. But no fireworks due to weather - they are quick to shut those down due to safety. Which I get, but... a total letdown. So why only 4 stars? With a big party it is paramount that you get the right information to make the most of the trip. We had Lightning Pass, and it took me a half a day to truly figure out how it worked. The app was wonky as hell - repeatedly kicking me out or zooming out of the map. It wasn't super straight forward to get to the Lightning pass either. There is also, apparently, three different Lighting versions, and certain things that showed up as available for you to do Lightning on actually were for ones that you had to upgrade your Lightning for. With having an extended group it may have also been nice to be able to link the groups together to ensure you got the same Lightning opportunities. At least when I went, about half the Lightning applicable rides were unavailable or completely shut down for retrofit/maintenance. The rides were a mix of ultra-new and things that have been there since 1955 when the park opened. So it felt less like an amusement park and more like an experience. Nearly half of what we rode was reboots of the shells that you ride through a dark tunnel and watch things. While those are nice to get out of the heat it also felt very... outdated. Nobody wants to wait in line for 45mins just to ride a 2mins teacup display ride. Likewise, mixed in with the "big" rides was a lot of rides I felt were carnival rides. And even the lines for those were pretty long. I think the thing that upset me the most was the projected wait times. The app would say 45mins and you get there and it would *not* be a 45min line. Or the little display at the front of the line would say 45mins, but that was obviously wrong. So it was really a guessing game of how long you'd be waiting. With all the money that comes into this park cant we get something more accurate to display on the app and the displays at the front of the line? This is critical when you are planning for a group of 9 with kids that at any moment could go nuclear. Ha! With that said, I guess I also understand that other amusement parks might not even have times posted and so maybe I'm being unfair here. Overall, this is a great park. And kids, fortunately, never went nuclear on me. I was able to use my Lightning pass and zoom through multiple rides, but I was aggravated trying to learn it on the fly. I did have a difficult group to manage, so that didn't help either. I would like to come back with my family when my 6yr old is tall enough to ride all the rides and I dont have to constantly view if she was tall enough.

The Dora Milaje put on an awesome and interactive performance, and the Avengers assembled. We also saw Black Widow and Shang Chi in passing. I like the characters here a little better because they give the same energy with their adult fans as they do with the children. Disney pricing is what it is, so eating a meal beforehand, bringing snacks, utilizing the fill stations, and a frozen Gatorade (as your large ice cube later) are helpful. We ate lunch at Pym's Test Kitchen. I got the Philly and he got a chicken sandwich. The Philly was pretty good and the chicken sandwich was ok. We walked throughout the entire park and did some shopping. Disney Adventure Park was a lot of fun! I'd say our "magic moments" were meeting Antman, Spiderman, Dr. Strange, and Black Panther, and them taking that extra time with us like they do with the kids. The next day, we packed a bag with a change of clothes that we fit into a small locker for $12, and went back into the waterpark for a couple more hours. I recommend packing travel toiletries for a quick shower before leaving. They have plenty of showers, changing rooms, and a swimsuit dryer, but no toiletries in the waterpark bathrooms. Waterpark towels are provided and must be checked out and in or you'll be charged, so don't lose them. There's a water bottle refill station in the waterpark near the bathrooms. We ordered a round of mini golf for three players, because our fourth was free (4 y.o. and under get to play for free. Rad!). Carlos went out of his way to make sure we were included into a special that they were running for the holiday, and even gave us a card for the arcade. We got to have fun as a family, laugh, and make memories today that will last a lifetime. Thank you so much to the team at Boomers of Irvine for making this Mother's Day one to remember.

The mini-golf course is enormous, it feels like it never ends, which made it even more fun. There are also plenty of snack and food options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd definitely come back.

It's always clean, there are many decent fast meal options, and it feels relaxing under the palm trees on springy days. Inside, you have so many options to game--from Mario Brothers to Space Invaders. You can fall down a video game rabbit hole here. Also, the bumper cars are lit up and Lazer Tag is calling all players. There's a cafeteria-style "common hall" serving up pizza, nachos, hot dogs, fries, and bevvies. Outside, the bumper boats are a refreshing way to cool down. You can see that the staff works hard at maintaining the grounds. There's always someone working on the many pools and water features when I go. Overall, the greens are in good shape. Sure, a ball may stick, but it's a game. Mulligans and astro turf hiccups are par for this course. Want to practice random kindness? If you see a bottle on the ground, feel free to recycle in the receptacle placed by the tee box. It's nice that they thought to have as many receptacles as they did. It really helps keep the place tidy. The staff is young & laid back yet attentive. One clean sweep across all 4 courses at the opening of each AM shift, however, could help keep it 100% litter-free. See, I warned you--I had nothing but good things to say about Camelot Golfland. Will be back! Once I get the go again from my Sir Lancelot to brave the journey to Anaheim, we'll return for a 6-minute tournament to ride the Go Carts like chariots.
