3 Latino seems to be a place that neighborhood locals or Dominicans are aware of, but after tasting…read moretheir food, they're worthy of receiving a much broader audience. This small mom and pop restaurant is hidden in the corner of Palm St. next to a barbershop across from the Kodak building. There's few parking spots in the front of the entrance so it's mostly street parking. When I walked in, the bar is in the front and the dining area and buffet counter are in the back. They also offer menu items and cater as well. I wanted take out so I opted for their large plate. It was packed full for a small cost of less than $8. Their buffet selection consists of about six meat options like stew chicken, baked chicken and beef and the plates come with the standard white or yellow rice and beans. The stew chicken was tasty and so tender it glided off the bone. The fluffy yellow rice was mildly seasoned but the flavor comes from the red beans poured on top (or on the side). Definitely a new spot I will go back to and looking forward to checking out their menu items!

We stuck to slow cooked beef and pork dishes with yellow rice and beans which were already made and sitting in warmers. They made up some fried plantains while we waited. Pretty generous portions, and food was pretty tasty, but we were a little skived by state of place, not the cleanest. Has a bar and dining room, but pretty much zero atmosphere, so get it to go is my advice. And for significantly less than $20, you get a ton of food to take home for your Netflix and Chill. It's not high end, but it's home cooked by genuine Latinos, and that's what you came for right? To get your pork and rice and beans on. Give it a try.

Quite entertaining because you…read morecan see in the kitchen and hear everyone at service bar We were greeted in a friendly fashion. Girl bartender was in training but they were doing a good job with how many tables were being sat. They also did a good job the busier that they got to warn people of how long food was going to take with how tiny the kitchen is. Our chorizo queso prob took 12-15 min. Not bad. $8 margarita $2off tequila shots $2 off beers for happy hour. I've had the chicken enchiladas here before too and they were really good. I love that there's indoor outdoor seating that actually gets the sunshine. Only one bathroom downstairs. I enjoy this place and will def be back

They've removed their popular skillet enchiladas and all the items with their previously delicious mole. Our server told us "management heard and is bringing some favorites back". The menu is quite reduced. Unclear if it's a different chef, but our recent meals have not been anywhere near the prior standard. The chips and trio were still solid, but the entrees were not. The enchiladas were lost under the salad, oddly dry, and just "meh", though were previously great. The surf and turf burrito was both very salty and oddly dry -- like someone forgot to put sauce in it. It needed some kind of sauce, salsa, or crema. We'll hope it gets back to prior 5 star standards and re-rate it today with a hopeful 3.
