There was a hiccup w a customer before me and she caused the line behind me to start to build. It was about 15 minutes till we got our drink because there was a rush of people. The annoying part was that the customers after us got their drinks before us. Got a couple drinks today (06-08-2026) around 3 o'clock and was very disappointed. Boba was hard, Thai tea didn't taste right, tiger sugar milk tea tasted water down and both seals on the drinks were not on properly causing them to leak out. I would've said something to the two workers but their demeanor towards the order before me told me everything I needed to know. Their drinks spilled out onto the counter and instead of offering to top off what was wasted (which was about 1/4 of the drinks) they said they'd just reseal the cups. Maybe the workers don't care but I hope the owners/managers do, but this wasn't a good experience and very poor customer service. read more

I went to get some boba, the girl who took our order was nice and all but than she checked my 10 dollar bill. Mind you i've never had issues with my Bills not working. So she's checking it and it's not working, but i know this is a real bill because I had just gotten it the day before from another store. After one try she says that she cannot accept the bill. She did not check it more than once or unfold it and smooth it out, i had it folded. If you're going to hire an employee who'll refuse a drink to someone after not even trying to fully check the bill than don't open a store with bad service. Not only was i refused my order but it took at least 20 minutes for my friends to get their boba. I understand being short staffed but it shouldn't take almost half an hour. 1/10 do not recommend, go to the real one not a mini one in a mall. read more

I came to this Boba Time on the first floor of the Valencia Town Center mall. My wife was at a event at Brighton so I decided to walk around the mall while waiting for her to be done. I got thirsty so I figure I would come to Boba Time to get a Apple Slush. When I got there, they didn't have any guest and I only saw 1 worker who was on his phone. When I was ready to order, he took my order of a regular size green apple slush and went to make my drink. It didn't take long like maybe under a minute or two. I think the prices are cheaper at this location because at the Woodlands Hills one I had to pay a dollar more. My Green Apple Slush was good just a little too sweet but if I modified the sugar level then it would be too watered down. I was happy with my drink and they filled it all the way up. read more

Boba Time, please do better. People come to your location for boba so it's expected that you actually have boba. Today at 2:30 pm we tried to order a few drinks only to be told you ran out of boba. We love Boba Time and are regular customers at many of your locations, but this is the 3rd time this place in the mall has run out of boba without it even being closing time. I've come here countless times while at the mall and it's got some decent boba, and good customer service in my experience. However, while I was waiting in line yesterday I was very disappointed to see them using Christmas themed AI generated slop in their advertising. While this is probably not the fault of this specific location, I will not be supporting a company that contributes to the theft of artists (generative AI is trained on all artists works without their consent) as well as the destruction of our power and water supply just so they can have cheap soulless advertising. read more

Conveniently located on the downstairs portion of the mall across from Victoria secret is where you'll find the boba Mecca! I like their blended drinks, they have a tarp, matcha, and a cookies and cream version that's amazing. Their boba is always soft and chewy and never hard or too gooey. The workers are friendly, fast and efficient. I would suggest downloading the app to get points on orders. I like their Thai tea and that I can customize the sugar level/ cream etc to my liking. I've been to this Boba Time a few times. I usually get the chocolate shake with boba or the cookies n'cream shake with boba. Both are delicious. Customer service has always been great. I like that it's in the mall, so I can get boba if I have lunch or dinner at the mall. :) read more

For Yelp purpose's, I'm not sure what happened to the reviews here or the page itself, but Boba Time is very much open and active inside the Westfield Valencia Mall. Stopped by with a coupon for a free size upgrade. Upon walking up I heard blenders going and an employee washing dishes in the back but nobody was up front for 2-3 minutes until a friendly girl came with drinks for another order. She took my order also and although there was an issue with the coupon, she gave me the upgrade anyway. I ordered the Thai tea smoothie with boba and it came out fast. It wasn't too thick but creamy and rich. It was a bit more "milkshake" than "smoothie" but still had good "Thai tea" taste. read more

Tried to get something 30 minutes before closing time and the employee rudely told us they were closed. When it's clearly stated on here that they should be open. They turned away about 15-20 people in a matter of a few minutes. The mall is still open but they decide to close early so they can hurry up and clean up so they can go home. Not cool. I had the same experience. It took like 10 min for someone to take my order. I had to be patient because my kids wanted the drink. Once someone finally took my order it took forever to get the drinks. I thought they lack staff but there were three people working. Maybe because they were like teenagers they still don't have the concept of good customer service. At the time. Compared to other boba time the drink was also below standard. Horrible customer service. Seems like the staff have no training or etiquette. Ordered one hot drink and a cup of ice water with no one else in line or waiting for their order. There were only two male teenagers working, and it seems like they had some friends come visit them. The two staff started yelling their friends' name, being very unpleasant and unprofessional. They took their friends order without having them pay, and proceeded to make their order first. After moving to the pick up counter, the worker "Juan" seemed to remember that he had another customer and said "oh oh I'll get your water right now". Got the drink, room temperature. Went back and asked for it to be remade, which wasn't any better and tasted worst than the first. When I asked for a refund, Juan was very rude and sarcastic. He asked why, and stated" I followed the recipe, would you like to see?" I've been to this location before and have never received this kind of service, very disappointing. read more
