I started coming to this Starbucks in the last few months after Skyline opened and I am extremely happy with the staff here. I usually put my mobile order in when I am getting ready for work and swing by on my commute. I always find parking to quickly (they have two 10 minute spots), go inside and pick up my order. Most times I enter I am greeted, and sometimes I get called "friend", I think it's really cute. I never had any major issues that were within the locations control, but once their espresso machine broke, and it wasn't put on the app to alert customers. It still let me order my drink, and when I arrived it was extremely crowded. I got to the counter and I was offered me another drink but I couldn't stay longer, I told them I had to get to work. They do not have the ability to refund mobile transactions at the store level, so I had to call the 1-800 number to have my drink refunded. I love coming to this location. read more

He said that this would constitute a latte if they put the half inch of oat milk. How about instead of deciding what is a "latte" is or not you just take the order and make the drink next time. The service is fine but I really think they should improve how they make their drinks, I often order cold brew with cold foam but it's always a hit and miss, they add a very thin layer of cold foam and I can barely taste the flavor- then why am I paying for the cold foam? The ratio of cold foam to the cold brew is never right. Quite disappointing after a few times. read more

An excellent Starbucks they always make good coffees, but this time I earned a free one. I got a eggnog latte. It tasted so bad. I could barely drink it. I always use the drive thru at this location. All of a sudden they start handing you the box for the credit card. To me this is not just annoying, but absolutely infuriating. 1. You have to juggle your credit card and the machine while you try to read it into the glare of the sun. 2. Fishing for tips is the absolute surest way not to get one. A basically brand new Starbucks, definitely in an ideal location set in the new Plum Canyon Center. It's always clean, never crazy packed and I've always had very kind service. My biggest issue, which is often my issue at Starbucks in general is they just crush every drink with ice. I literally just purchased a Venti Matcha Latte, less than five minutes ago and I finished the entire thing before I even got halfway down to Bouquet Canyon. It is what it is with Starbucks they don't really care about the customer, or even the employee. But it is pretty annoying to spend a decent $ sum of money on a single drink and essentially this could've probably fit into a kids cup if I strained the liquid out. My family and I come here quite often. Our drinks, the majority of the time are made pretty good. I always order in their drive thru. Service has been pretty consistent. They are always so nice. I have ordered my drink several times and has been made wrong nearly every time. It's not a difficult drink to make. When I ask to have it remade I get a snarky look or some kind of resistance. The couple of times Iv requested a remake a second time it's made wrong again. I think they deliberately screw my drink up. So I end up throwing the drink away. The last three visits to this store has been a huge disappointment. Mostly due to the lack of customer service. Don't get me wrong, the people are very pleasant. The problem is that they don't pay attention to the order which is written on the cup or take down all of what you are requesting. Today will probably be my last visit. I had to exit the drive through the two previous times and go inside to redo my order, I went inside today to place my order only to find out that after waiting for them to take 15 minutes to get order's for the only two other customers in the store out. I find out that my order was nowhere to be found. Basically they screw up drive thru orders and they ignore the walk-in customers. Where's Coffee Bean ! read more

This is the SECOND time this has happened. It only happens at this particular location. I was over the moon and back that they put this shopping center here in our area, the shops are convenient even more thrilled that my favorite coffee spot was here. I am ALLERGIC to cows milk..... we are talking 2 sips and I am on the toilet ... coming out all ends!!!!!! The first time they used cows milk instead of oatmilk I chalked it up to an honest mistake, they were super busy and I just dealt with my bodies reaction! This time, today, they were completely dead inside, the teenagers were obviously working for some extra cash and I completely said OATMILK please.... It's even on the cup!!!! I drank 3 sips , barely even made it all the way home before my stomach started turning and crunching, I have been on the toilet for 30 minutes (even as i write this) because the lack of attention to detail is ANNOYING at this point. If you don't have a food allergy then bypass this comment BUT IF YOU DO!!!! We might have to use allergen strips before eating at this location. There are a lot of Starbucks options in SCV. Like too many. But if I am out and about, I will drive all the way back to this Starbucks. They are ALWAYS so nice and give great customer service. They're super fast and I've always gotten a great drink from them! I've ordered the same drink, brown Sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, from another Starbucks and it's never been the same or nearly as good. I came by to get a much needed coffee at 400pm. I ordered my drink pull up to pay . Hand the barista cash 100$ dollar bill. They had no way of breaking the 100$ dollar bill. Come to this drive-thru location if you want rude rushed service. Without fail, this location drive-thru has employees with zero or rude personalities. Employees get frustrated when you pay cash and forget about a moment to breathe. They are impatiently holding your items out the window as you try to put your money or card away. They clearly let you know they are bothered for having to wait for you. I'm all for quick service, but this is more like impatiently rushed service. read more

OKAY LETS TALK ABOUT GABBIE! She is absolutely amazing! Provided me with the best service. I'm pretty sure she's a managers but we always fail to recognize our managers because that's what they are suppose to be doing. She needs to be recognized a lot. It was my last day at Santa Clarita, I quit my job and leaving my home tomorrow. I was a little emotional and was just getting a cup of coffee to finish cleaning up my room. She made my whole night!
