The salmon was cooked perfectly with a slightly crispy outside, exactly how I like it. I requested the sauces on the side, and they complemented the dish without being overpowering. My daughter had the grilled cheese with sweet potato fries. She compared the grilled cheese to Starbucks' grilled cheese, which is a huge compliment coming from her -- definitely two thumbs up! My husband ordered the BBQ tri-tip and had zero complaints there as well. Overall, it's a great place to eat with delicious food, welcoming customer service, and a really great ambiance. Oh, and don't forget to grab some baked goods on the way out -- definitely a must-try!

We ordered some beer, the Sweet Potato Fries, Soft Pretzel with Beer Cheese, BBQ Chicken Flatbread and the Kids Cheese Flatbread with Fries. The food was honestly mediocre; there was nothing memorable at all about anything we ordered. The BBQ Chicken Flatbread was dry and not very flavorful. Employees were friendly and our waitress was attentive and personable. Overall, it's a cool place in downtown Sonora, but I don't see us returning again - at least not for the food.

I am going to make my way back here even though I am lactose intolerant and others may suffer with my decision to eat their ice cream but I say: "So be it!" This place is on my radar for future visits.

Twain Harte Creamery is located in downtown Twain Harte across from The Rock. Parking is usually street unless you get lucky and are able to park in front of a business. You must buy something at the Creamery in order to partake in the fun though. We got in line and it seemed to more a bit slow -- we finally got to the register and ordered one Horchata Milkshake. Once we paid, the young kid at the register said it would be a little while before our order came out. As expected, it did take a while for our Milkshake to come and it was not worth the wait. Overall, I know I am a city girl and used to the more fast paced life so I will give them a little grace, plus their staff were friendly and doing their best. Rating is 3.5 stars! The sandwiches were typically customized with sourdough bread, mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, with meat options of either Ham, Salami, Turkey, and/or Veggie. The assortment of chips was by Miss Vickie's and the options for the bottled drinks were water bottles, sweet/unsweetened teas, diet soda, regular soda, etc. Each lunchbox was crafted and prepared to perfection. The sandwiches were extremely good, as the ingredients were delicious and fresh. For the April & May orders (group meetings of 10 people each), the pickup time was completed on time as anticipated. Unfortunately for the recent June order (group meeting of 27 people), I requested the pick up time @10:45AM. I had to wait an additional 35 minutes for it to be ready. This result caused me to arrive at my business meeting much later than anticipated. It was almost a good thing that I put 10:45am, because had I put a later time, I could have been super late. To me, perhaps this location doesn't have the capacity to make big orders scheduled on time. I will consider coming back for catered orders for a group of 10 or less. Anything over that, I will find another restaurant that will provide larger orders on time for pickup.
