I like this place. The yogurts good, toppings are good, and there's a bonus salad bar which I've never actually tried. There are two reasons I've given this spot 4 stars. 1. They don't have as many toppings as I'd like and as I've experienced other froyo places (not in this area). So considering this is either one of or the only froyo spot nearby, its fine. 2. Every time I go in, their employees just standing in front of the cash register staring at me while I get my yogurt. Its awkward. End note and a personal preference, their other location seems to have more favorable flavors to me than this one. However, I don't believe they have frosted animal cookies there. UPDATE: This place has recently undergone ownership changes. This is the second time I've tried to get froyo with no success. First time was at 8:15pm on a Friday night. Their new hours on Friday and Saturday night are until 8:00pm, but I would not know that as google still states 9:00pm. Second time was tonight at 7:20pm. I was appalled that on a Saturday night they were closed this early. I called to find out if they were closed for good or what was going on, to have the employee there say that they were slow so the owner told them to close up shop at 7:00pm. You simply cannot run a business this way. If your hours are until 8:00pm, you should be open until then! Your customers depend on those hours of operation, so my time was just wasted driving down there to find out they are closed. I should not have to call a business to find out first if they are open to go down there to give my money to you. Really unsatisfied. And to top it off, no new hours of operation are posted in the window and the website does not work. How the hell are we supposed to know your hours to begin with??? read more

I think this place is pretty good overall. The prices rank number one... compared to other frozen yogurt places that I've been to. The frozen yogurt itself is pretty good and the topping choices are decent. The only reason that I don't give this 5 stars is because of the staff. You'll definitely get a friendly greeting when you enter the store but other than that, there's a lot of high school non-sense going on behind the counter. While your standing at the register to pay, you'll definitely get an ear full of who's-dating -who or what someone is planning to wear to a party on Saturday night. When this place first opened, I wasn't sure it would last. But having eaten here several times, I now know why it does so well. The yogurt and toppings are always fresh and plentiful. The only problem I have is trying to fit everything into one cup. read more

Fairly average frozen yogurt place, with the standard flavor and topping offerings. It is exactly like a yogurtland or similar place, except with the addition of a salad bar. Prices are fair and flavor is fine. It would probably be 4 stars, for being exactly what I expected, except that there was no one at the front counter when we were visiting (I suppose they were cleaning or something), and we had to wait a ridiculously long time (maybe 7 minutes?) before anyone showed up to provide sample cups or to ring us up. read more

My elderly mother,myself,and my 2 yr. old son had lunch at this store and were downright abused verbally by the store manager. We had the salad bar and 2 frozen yogurts. We were the only customers at a little before noon. As we were seated my toddler as sitting on one of his knees like criss cross slightly on the bench seat and the young lady working was cleaning the surrounding tables and closely lurking staring at my son. She noticed his shoe was touching the seat (very little) and she abruptly told him to get his shoe off of the seat. He did as she asked. Then... a few minites onto our lunch we observed 2 young girls walk in. They sat down in a corner seat and IMMEDIATELY the hovering worker approached them and asked if they were going to purchase anything. They replied that they were waiting for their friend to arrive and they may get a yogurt. She rudely said they had 2 minutes or else they would have to leave. After my son finished his lunch I assisted him in building his ice cream I told him to point and I would serve it. We did with no issues. So he sat back down & once I was ready I went back to the machines. Typically at almost all fro yo stores customers are offered samples. I didnt see the cups so I politely waited at the counter for her to come up from the back. I asked her if I could sample 2 I was wanting and then I'd choose. To which she replied No mam only one sample per customer. Really?! So I just paid $10 for a salad bar and purchased a $5 fro yo and I cant try a thimble of the flavor?! So unheard of. Anyway, I served about half of the smaller cups and went to pay. My 2 yr. old,(a mommas boy) insisted on waiting in line with me. I had a hold of his hand so he didn't do anything to be further reprimanded by the employee. I let go of his hand to take $$ out of my purse, my toddler sees at eye level (no sneeze guards or lids) a tasty treat. He uses his freed hand from mommy and grabs a single gummy bear from the container. I told him "No"! I apologized to the cashier. Then she became irate and threatened my son that she would come around the counter and remove him from the store. I became very upset! I told her to please calm down hes only 2. He has never been to an open bar topping thing before. To which she replied (while visibly shaken) over a gummy. well now I have to throw out the whole container and it's $7. Wow! I think with the overpriced items I purchased and the poor customer service and failure to give my mom a senior discount you can cover it. Additionally, she was sitting texting on her phone then handling money then handling food items. Never once washing her hands. There are no lids or sneeze guards so guess what?! Its contaminated already miss. I have NEVER felt so mistreated by an restaurant employee so bad that I literally wanted to call the cops for her threats towards my toddler. Do not go here. You can get Panera bread for about $20 and you wont get harrassed. read more

We took our children into this wonderful yogurt shop, my kids loved it, and the salad bar and sandwich bar was wonderful. There is so much to choose from, and the people in their are very friendly. The atmosphere was fun and bright! I will recommend it to my friends and family, and will return often!! The prices are great, and well worth the money!! Loved it! Awesome yogurt shop! I love how many different toppings they have, toppings I haven't even seen at other yogurt shops that were so delicious. I loved the chocolate candy rocks and the caribou chips, and for yogurt the chocolate and cake batter!! The employees are very nice and friendly. Oh and the salads are pretty good. The prices aren't bad, it just depends on what size yogurt you get and how much toppings you put on since they price it by weight. read more

This place was pretty good. Little spendy, but that was about my only complaint. The yogurt was rich and delicious, the toppings were many and fresh. It might give some people a headache in their with the color scheme but it leaves a lasting impression. The yogurt and toppings are delicious, but you will be in for a surprise once you get up to the cash register. Let's just say it's quite expensive, they (over)charge by the ounce. Smoothie City in the Junction offers much better prices. The sandwich bar is not a good deal at all, and I probably could have made a better sandwich with the meager ingredients in my fridge at home. Amazing! A wall full of flavors, toppings galore, and right downtown. I had peppermint on the bottom level, dark chocolate in the middle, and Irish Mint on top. They had run out of "small" cups - oh darn - so there was room for peanuts and mint cookies and hot fudge on top. :) Absolutely delicious. read more
