Fast forward a few months, I make another appointment online, this time I schedule a first thing in the morning appointment time to prevent that ridiculous delay. I have new insurance so I also entered that on the portal. Set the day and time, I get a text that says they've received my request for an appointment, they're going to verify my new insurance and I'll get a confirmation text once my appointment is set in stone. I received 2 confirmation text after that that I'm good to go. I arrived to my appointment and the front desk says they've aren't in network with Aetna PPO and I'd be a cash patient ?!?!? It's a PPO plan not an HMO plan so I'm unsure why I'd be a private pay patient- either way 3 strikes you're out. This place needs to get it together.

I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company and got the money back immediately.
