Mark was highly professional. Purposefully making the point to wear boot coverings every time he had to return to his truck for something, even though this was in our basement and he didn't have to go across any carpet. I sensed that he had a professional level knowledge through conversation, dressed appropriately professional for someone doing this type of work. Mark was able to replace the humidistat and get it functioning which has made a big difference. We are hopefully in the process of moving in a bigger home and I want to make sure we catch any problems so Amy offers a club which waives service call fees, provides a discount on work performed and offers A/C and furnace tune-ups along with whole house plumbing inspection and an electric inspection.
