They came out on Monday and looked at our furnace. We decided to replace our 16 year old gas furnace. Bartlett HVAC provided a method to keep our home warm until they couId do the complete install. On the day the technicians arrived to install the new furnace, they arrived on time. They made sure to put down runners to protect our flooring and always wore shoe coverings going in and out of our home. The install went very smoothly and the work was completed in a very timely manner. The technicians were super respectful and did an outstanding job working in a VERY tight space. They kept us informed throughout the process. They even swept our floor after the install was complete! The pricing was very good and well within industry standard.
