Drea was very informative on the process, explaining what she was doing along the way and answering all my questions. My problem area has always been my lower belly so she mainly focused on that along with my love handles. The process was about an hour long and pretty much painless, although I will admit there was a little tenderness on the area which is expected because they have to really get in there with the wand to freeze/heat the fat. I ended up canceling my fitness class for the next day and didn't workout the following day either. So expect minor tenderness. Immediate results will vary with I believe some losing up to 3 inches. (*side note: the procedure will help you lose inches, not pounds) I only lost a quarter inch but results can take weeks to actually show ( with diet and exercise of course). I noticed my love handles and back area just behind the love handles felt immediately tighter.
