I've been with different stylists and they have all been great. Recently had a very great haircut with Emmie who was great about listening to my preferences. Maddy as well did a fantastic color/balayage for me that had grown out well even after a year. I had a minor issue with a service recently and the staff were so so nice about immediately accommodating me for a fix up.

Facility A/C was down for nearly two weeks and they kindly offered access to other locations, no small %off our monthly membership fee. Also, you mat freeze your membership with a $50 / month fee.
