She made me feel like a queen and encouraged my party to pick out any dress they wanted me to try on. She looked at my pinterest board for ideas, but I really had no idea what I would pick. She gave me tips on dresses and gave me honest opinions. She also had a robe for me inside the spacious dressing room and helped zip and unzip me. She has a very efficient system of trying on dresses, you can tell she knows and loves what she does!! She also didn't force me to go outside if I didn't like a particular dress, she just brought the next one with no judgement. She had a pedestal set up with a brightly lit room, and took the time to really spread the dress and train out so we could fully appreciate the dresss. She also picked out the veils that would match the dress I was wearing with my desires in mind as well. She found out that my ceremony would be taking place outdoors, so she brought me outside to see how a dress I loved would look like in the sun. It was beautiful both outdoors and inside! I tried on a few more dresses but we quickly realized I was comparing it to the one I loved. I had no expectations of finding the dress, but I did with Sherri's help! She encouraged me to put on the dress again and allowed my party and I a moment to be together. The price was super reasonable (much better than Bay Area prices according to my friends). I had the worst experience as a bride UNTIL I came HERE!!! I had two really awful experiences from buying a dress, having it altered, then not fitting and laying the way it should have on my body after the alterations were all done, to going to a boutique in Handford called Ivy and Lace Bridal where the owner Ashlyn kept telling me she would have sample dress I would have liked by the next day and in plenty of time for my wedding, and giving me the the dress at "cost" per her rep. After talking to her rep, she said it was all a lie, saying she never told her that and that the dresses would NOT be ready by my wedding date to begin with and she never told her I could get it a cost. Ashlyn never returned my calls after I left messages asking what was going on with the dress I wanted. I was in tears and scared being that now my wedding was only 3 months away with no dress...and that I would have to settle with another dress I didn't really love from another boutique...but then I found Ivory Bridal Boutique!!! Kacy was so sweet and understanding at what I had gone through. I literally tried on the very first dress and no others, saving the day--literally! Thank you so much Kacy! 10 stars! Ivory Bridal Boutique is amazing. Kacy is amazing. The dresses at Ivory Bridal Boutique are so beautiful with lots of lace and tulle options. I like that there were dresses that were unique looking and some I hadn't seen other places. I like all of the Lillian West dresses they carry. This wedding dress shop is definitely the best in town (Fresno/Clovis). There are a good selection of dresses, but it not too crowded to where you can see all of the dress and get a good look at them before deciding if you want to try them on. The store itself if very cute, and has a great aesthetic, including the hand painted tile floor. Kacy is so welcoming and I really like that she only has 1 bride in store at a time so that you feel like it's all about you (as it should be). She has a great eye and is helpful with recommendations based on what she sees you loving and what she sees you having some reservations about. Most impressively, she went above and beyond in helping me find a dress that she didn't have in store. I felt so comfortable buying my wedding dress from her given the attention to detail and high level of customer service. Now I just wait for my dress to come!!! read more

Kacy is literally the best person in the entire world. I feel like I am a pretty picky person and I tended to be a little bit more self conscious when it came to picking a dress. I tried other bridal shops and I felt rushed and was felt with a bad taste in my mouth because I was treated so badly. Kacy never once rushed me and was understanding when I kept flipping back and forth. I'm not one who knew the dress was "the one" when I tried it on but after trying a few dresses on a few times, Kacy was very helpful and explained areas of the dress that would look better once it was taken in. She never once asserted her opinion on how I looked or tell me that it looked great just to make a sale, it seemed to me that she really cared. The shop was so cute and it felt very welcoming. The very first dress I tried on ended up being the dress I purchased. Kacy made sure to walk me through the process of ordering my dress.
