This Koffi , is located off Emmons Way off the 111 highway , Rancho Mirage, CA This is my first time going to a Koffi , upon entering i noticed how super clean this coffee shop & so their restrooms, this koffi store is highly organized & Attention to details. They have so many choices!! Iced coffees, Hot coffees, espressos, coffe & tea freezes, smoothies, protein brews, energy drinks. Along side breakfast sandwiches, pastries, sandwiches, salads, muffins, other foods, protein bars, chips, other drinks and waters, clothing and their own coffee. There is a lot places to sit inside and in the back & their outside patio! It's felted very kind and friendly. Today Ashely helped us . She asked if we had any questions, she answered them beautifully! I asked if her if she had soy milk and they did, and I was thrilled!! So I got Iced Caramel Vanilla with soy milk, Iced Flavored Latte Vanilla Oat milk, and Gourmet Muffin banana nut, Iced Flavored Latte whole milk. Their price points are spot on & the sizes of their cups are great too! Everything was delicious!! Ashely was so polite, caring, kind, sweet, very genuine, super down to earth! Ashely has this positive upbeat personality about herself that really radiates! They also have a reward system too! I would love to thank Ashely for a fantastic & memorable visit! Solid coffee chain! 3.5 stars I got the caramel vanilla latte and pineapple coconut muffin for $12. Loved the muffin and I think the other pastries looked good as well. Coffee was a bit sweet for my taste - they use Monin syrups. Similar to Dutch bros imo. Note no 12oz iced option available This location is small and roadside, less scenic than the other locations. No outlets inside. Solid free WiFi. Restroom available. Parking lot available. Service was friendly! They offered the customer in front of me iced tea samples to help her order. read more

Small and simple coffee joint near where we were staying. The staff was friendly and took care of our order very quickly. Of particular interest/intrigue was their cinnamon roll. I could not resist getting the one that had the most frosting. Overall, it was good especially when it was heated up. It's not Cinnabon was good nonetheless. read more

The coffee at Koffi is great! We love enjoying coffee here and sometimes even buy some Koffi coffee beans to bring back home. This location may not have the charm as its Palm Springs counterpart but it they still provide an outside patio, where you can enjoy the view of the cars most of us will never be able to afford at the upscale dealerships across the street and the employees here are super nice. During our last visit, they didn't just take care of us, they hooked up our fur baby with a pup cup. read more

10 stars if I could. There is no better tasting coffee in all of the state, that I've found anyway. Other coffee shops in the area have weak watery tasting coffee. Not Koffi- it's a bold coffee flavor. So good. We drive 15 minutes from where we stay when in the area nearly every day. It's that good. The muffins are absolutely incredible too. My last complaint about the coffee cups seems to have been resolved, they work great this go around. The service here is quick and a friendly. We had one worker bring our kids shots of whipped cream. So kind. Also the back patio is wonderful- warm but also shaded. Perfect ambiance to relax, socialize, or work. Thank you koffi! Our happy place. read more

Stopped here for a late afternoon coffee. I had an iced latte with soy milk & sugar free caramel syrup and my aunt got a nonfat cappuccino. We enjoyed our drinks outside where it wasn't too crowded. Inside is a bit crowded and noisy but we didn't have to wait too long for our drinks. Barista was friendly and loved how she drew smiley faces on our cups. :) read more

On a recent visit, we stopped by here after checking out of our hotel. We don't have Koffi where we live, so this was the perfect local place that we had not tried yet to fuel up on espresso before the 2-hour drive back to San Diego. I mobile ordered after we parked and I'm glad I did because there was a line to order when we walked in a few minutes later. After a wave of in-store orders was completed, I asked the barista about my order (thinking it wasn't made yet), and to my surprise, it was already ready sooner than expected. My boyfriend and I sat down inside for a bit to enjoy the ambience and discuss travel options ("Do you want to go through the mountains or take the freeway?"). He had an Iced Americano and I had a yummy Iced Mocha - not too sweet and perfectly made. I also took a few bites of the Double Chocolate muffin and saved the rest to savor at home. I also thought of taking a Blackberry Bran muffin as well, but I'll get that next time. The Double Chocolate was very good - fresh and moist unlike the baked goods of some other coffee places. I hope it's not too long before we visit again and we'll check out the other Koffi locations, too. P.S. We took the beautiful mountain route and it was so comforting to have our coffee drinks with us. read more

Ordered two holiday specials, without knowing what was in both, and one just as sweet as the other. Customer service wise, the barista felt like he was giving me borderline attitude when I requested almond milk substitute during making the coffee. Mind you I requested it and if it was too late I was 100% fine with it. It went even as far as being snarky with the ingredients the drink was made of. He ended up trying to adjust the wrong drink so I had to correct him on that, but it was just an off the wall interaction. Again though, coffee is great but interaction was different. read more

The experience at Koffi on 111 in Rancho Mirage is always a great experience. The staff is courteous, the product great, and the location perfect. But, the store is very small and in crowded times can be chaotic. Unfortunately three older men (I'm old too) decided to take off with our pastries because they thought no one was claiming them while we were still waiting for our drinks. Why, we have no idea and when my younger partner tried to intervene they brushed him off. Understand that one of the men had a golf cap on from a very wealthy local golf course. I would suggest the store needs to create a better way for customers to claim their product so that these roving gangs of 'old rich guys' don't take over the stores. :-)). The coffee is great but I've noticed for almost 2 years the muffins are always burnt. Not talking a little overdone, I mean burnt on the tops and bottoms to the point where they smell and taste unpalatable. I warned people that all of the incredibly delicious blueberry muffins were to be reserved for me. Somebody out there didn't pay attention to my directions. This Koffi location was out of them when I went there today. I didn't panic, and they didn't have to call 911 as I went through blueberry muffin withdrawal. I don't know about next time, however. Came to visit Palm Dessert and wanted a coffee to start my morning off right and saw Koffi had a lot good reviews! I was in between the vanilla bean freeze and the mocha malt freeze and was recommended the vanilla bean so that's what I went with. I went to this cafe to get some work done, as well as for tea, a snack. It was pretty busy, with a line almost out the door. Even though it was crowded, the service was fast. I ordered peach green tea and a bear claw, which were both delicious. The tea was refreshing with the right amount of sweetness, and the pastry was sweet and flaky. I came in on a slower Sunday afternoon, the staff work well together and I didn't have to wait in line long. One of the staff members even came around to help a customer answer questions about their bean coffee. My vanilla latte and marble loaf cake were amazing, they also have impossible meat breakfast sandwiches. The sandwich was alright and a little pricey, but the pastries and coffee are amazing! read more

Service was less than stellar- slow for no reason I could tell. Barista apparently called my name but I was listening out and never heard it, prolonging the wait. Not the best seating arrangements and it really feels a lot more like a coffee shop you order and take out from.
