Mulan chicken, mapo tofu, spicy pork
    Lucy L.

The food was very delicious! We got the mulan chicken (very light but flavorful), spicy pork (definitely spicy), mapo tofu (not traditional but still unique) and the garden trio (eggplant, potato, green bell pepper). Got to meet the chef which was a plus. Service is low maintenance- the AI is the cook with proportioned ingredients and the staff serve the rice. Ambience is fun overall. I would say the one thing that is the large amount of plastic used per dish (one for the oil, several for the protein/vegetables, one for the sauce) but then again this is a feature of the machines. Overall very cool!

Time to Order: Varies - the Taro Milk Tea came out very quickly (few minutes) but the honey lavender tea drink took longer (I watched them brew it fresh). I ordered a Taro Milk Tea at 25% sweetness with tapioca. Hit the spot, good taro flavor, and the tapioca texture was great. I would say by personal preference that it was a tad starchy and I don't like crushed ice as much because it starts getting sucked up with the boba, but it was still a good milk tea at very reasonable price. I tried my partner's honey lavender tea (beautifully presented) at 25% sweetness and it also, surprisingly, wasn't sweet for a honey drink! The lavender is real, not a syrup, and the only sweetness comes from the honey. I'd definitely come back for their lunch deal ($10 for a banh mi, milk tea, and chips). It's awesome that they're an option in the area for so many kids oriented activities.

Taro Milk Tea (25% Sweetness) - Love the mellow, non-artificial flavors here. My BF wasn't a huge fan because the taro lacked a depth he couldn't really define, but I personally enjoyed the drink's gentle starchiness. Honey Lavender Tea (25% Sweetness) - Exceptional drink color! My BF was surprised that it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet, and it was exactly the sweetness level I prefer. The lavender hit was sooo good--much better than any Starbucks refresher I've had. Heard they used genuine lavender seeds for this drink! My BF actually saw the worker press the lavender. Easily one of the most pleasant lavender flavors I've had. Peachy Peach Tea - Loved this. It was regular sweetness, but it wasn't diabetes-inducing, so I felt blessed. The peach syrup was much stronger than the first two drinks, so I assumed the sweetness was already integrated into the syrup. Overall, their drink flavor profiles have been on point. Splitting hairs here, but my BF didn't like the crushed ice because it traveled up the straw with the drink, while I personally liked it for that exact reason. Hazelnut-filled Croissant - They heated it for me like Starbucks! Shared it with my Yelp friend Paul because my BF has a nut allergy. I enjoyed the flavor, though the texture was a little stiff from sitting out. The design is genuinely so cute, and the filling is clearly some form of Nutella. I'd never had a croissant in this style before, so it was a fun try. But it's SO SWEET!

I've ordered from here multiple times for delivery to the Medical Center, and the drinks always arrive fresh, cold, and never watered down. I've even ordered from Too Good to Go for their grab bag, and received a variety of "surprise drinks." I appreciate that you can adjust the sugar and ice levels, and the drinks are consistently not overly sweet. There's not a ton of boba competition in the West U area, but this spot is definitely top tier. Bonus: they offer rose tea, which is surprisingly hard to find outside of Chinatown. Definitely a go-to for quality boba!

Nice not to have to go Houston's Chinatown for a great boba tea. Have stopped back for multiple late night bubble tea runs. The Holy Land of Tea has so many delicious and refreshing choices. Favorites include the peach tea, ruby black tea, and queen of oolang milk tea. Their mango pomelo sago is also delicious. Check out their surprise bags on TGTG if you want a late night treat. Parking is easy. Order online or at the store. Thanks again to Tsaocaa for the great service and thanks to Jando for sharing this special med center tea house.

I am personally a big fan of their corn dogs - you can get them with mozzarella filling, beef, spicy beef, or vegetarian. They even have a half beef have mozzarella option which is quite tasty. I got the combo box with the loaded fries and two drinks. I really like the corn dogs - they were fresh and crunchy. The loaded tator tots were delicious as well. The drinks were my least favorite part of the meal, but they were okay overall. The store itself is quite small and more of a pop up if anything. There are no places to sit down on the inside, so we picked our food up and left. The service is great, thought and the cashier was very nice. I think I gained a few pounds from this meal but would definitely come back if I got the urge.

How different could corn dogs be? The answer: very. Two hands is a small shop, that consists of some merchandise and a counter. The interior is bright and clean, and the service is generally friendly and quick. There are plenty of options for the actual corn dog, including meat and cheese fillings. The food is ... amazing! I love the original corn dog with an all cheese interior. The sweet, somehow crunchy and chewy corn dog is perfect. The kimchi fries and the tater tots also manage to take something known and make it into an entirely new thing.
