Maybe it's a hit or miss with some people since the star rating is only 3.7. It took 3 months to get my car in, but so worth it. Someone backed into the old man's car back in December so their insurance took care of the damages. Everything went so smooth. They even partnered with enterprise where they picked you up with the rental and you just left the rental at the shop and enterprise would pick it back up. They did such an amazing job with the car. They even washed and glossed that bad boy too! This shop is also a Lexus certified shop. read more

SPOILER ALERT for 2024's "Twisters" (definitely worth watching). One of the things I love about films is the subversion of expectation. A deft director will set you up to believe one thing, and slowly you come to realize what you thought was right was wrong all along. In the film, the team you are introduced to as the "bad guys" turn out to be misunderstood all along. The relevance of this is my experience with RNR. While my vehicle was being inspected and worked on, I received a phone call from insurance saying they were declining some of the work that needed to be done, because it wasn't needed to repair the vehicle. My first instinct: the repair shop was undergoing unnecessary repairs to increase the cost. As it turns out, nearly the opposite was true. The work truly was necessary, and insurance was trying to find a way out of it. I sat down for about ten minutes with Kristi and Shaun, both of whom were incredibly patient and understanding while they explained in detail what was happening to it, how it would affect me, and the circumstances surrounding the negotiations with insurance's supplication documentation. They could not possibly have been more reassuring if they tried. I will not make the mistake of neglecting to give someone the benefit of the doubt like this again. RNR should be proud of both of these individuals as tremendous ambassadors for the company. I can't say I look forward to having to work with them again, but if somebody DOES in fact damage my car, I know who I can trust. read more

Great experience yesterday at RNR. New Toyota Tundra truck. Buggered up the hinges on my tailgate backing into an apple tree. Not major damage, but the tailgate would not close properly. Shaun took a look at it. Took it in the shop for 10 minutes. Fixed it. Works perfectly. Ask him what I owe him, he said "don't worry about it". I spoke with ALISA from RNR Auto Refinishing of Bellevue today on the phone. She greatly assisted me with an updated estimate for my insurance company. I asked her if she could update a year-old estimate with current pricing, and she was more than happy to oblige. When I asked ALISA if she could send over the new estimate, I assumed it would be done in the next week or so. To my very pleasant surprise, ALISA explained that after we got off the phone, she would be able to email it over in just a few minutes as she would have it finished shortly. WOW talk about SERVICE! Needed a bumper replaced on a 2005 Subaru Forester, brought it in on a Tuesday, got it back Friday. Would have been even sooner if they didn't have to order an additional part, which only took them 2 days to order/receive. The work on the vehicle is excellent. Throughout the process they keep you updated on any additional charges and on the general progress of the repair. And they washed the car afterwards. I took my BMW there for some body work after it was hit while parking on the street by a LOSER who did not bother to leave name and number. I looked at Yelp to get the best body shop based on reviews and this place had great reviews. So, I took the car there, the place is first class from the seating area to getting through the estimate process. They have also arranged the rental car for me and made it a simple process. I am not sure how do their prices compare to others ? I was looking for the best and my insurance company paid for everything and I could not be any happier. They did a great job on the car. The only issue with them is getting updates, it was supposed to take five days to get the car fixed but it took around three weeks. I was only getting updates when I call and leave messages or send emails, they will always update me but I had to call first...?? Some of the delays were on the insurance company part but they handled everything, Did not even get involved. I will still give them FIVE stars knowing that they can do better with updating clients. The bottom line, they were very professional, they did a great job on the car and if you have good insurance that pays for rental and repair, don't look anywhere else, they are this good. read more

Every time, I've been completely satisfied with the quality and customer service I've received. Went there from a recommendation of a friend and regret it all the way. People here like to assume a lot of things which will end up costing you money out of your pocket. They have a huge lack of communication, and when they even communicate with you it's too late to make any changes. They not only just assume things, they like to change their pricing if it's not convenient for them. My sent my Lexus to RNR to fix my broken antenna shark fin cover. They said it only cost $50 to replace the cover and they ended up replacing both the cover and the antenna, which cost me over $700. When I asked why replaced both while I just want to replace the cover. RNR front end desk is very arrogant and unfriendly. And she said they could only order both for the fix. Can I give zero stars...? No, too bad because I would. I would give them negative starts if possible. I was blessed with car troubles that I've been fighting since the day I turned 16 and this last experience with RNR was the absolute worst of them all! Almost 20 years of car issues and you rank at the top RNR! Bravo!!! They had my car for weeks longer than they had originally estimated, returned it back to me with a flat tire, and gave the absolute least amount of effort possible. I called them at least four times for updates during the process because I was not kept in the loop whatsoever. And to add insult to injury when I did call they told me (in three spectate occasions) that's they "didn't know where my car was." Auto refinishing isn't my industry but I'm fairly certain that telling your customer who's car you are currently responsible for fixing that you have no idea where it is is bad business practice. Unfortunately I was even referred to them by my mechanic, and due to the TERRIBLE experience I had with RNR I'm second guessing even using the mechanic I've been using for years.
