The entire experience was relaxed and professional. I never encountered the typical "salesperson" routine. Even the negotiation process often drawn out while someone "checks with the manager" was handled efficiently and wrapped up in just a few minutes. Josh Withey, the finance manager, was equally impressive. The final paperwork process was quick and organized, very different from some of my past dealership experiences. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase add-ons such as extended warranties or ceramic coatings. Because the decision was left entirely to me, I felt comfortable taking the time to consider my options and ultimately chose to add both.
