While they were not the lowest in price, and certainly not the highest, their customer experience throughout the process was overall positive and ultimately what won us over. Jan arrived to our home on time, assessed the home, and provided a quote to us promptly. He showed us some samples he brought with him but invited us to the showroom to get a better look and understanding of what we were choosing. I appreciated his no pressure sales approach and I valued the ability to look at all of my options before making the ultimate decision. After we made the selection, we signed the contract and were told it'd be 8-12 weeks before the windows came in for installation. We had another short appointment where JJ arrived to make the exact measurements, and paid half of the total cost of our windows. At week 10, we got a call from JJ to get our windows installed by week 11. Mike and Mikey were our installers and we would 100% have them back at our home! They were very respectful, careful to mind our belongings, efficient, and effective in installing our windows/door. They were sure to prep things neatly before they got the installation done. Everything structurally surrounding the windows and door were left undisturbed and our new windows look amazing! We did have one screen with a small tear in which we were informed the office would be reaching out to schedule a replacement for that. We have since received outreach for that and are waiting for the replacement. Thank you to the team at DunRite for a wonderful experience! Will be making the recommendation to my neighbors and friends!

That upgraded the house significantly to the extent that any friends and relatives who came to the house couldn't believe their eyes. Also, I was able to sell the house about a year ago with handsome gain. Now, in the new house in Gilbert, AZ, I have similar work done for the courtyard, fountain, mantle, fireplace, and TV surround. Carving art on stone is done by the artist and is hard work. Setting up and installing the heavy stone requires skill and equipment. Considering these, his charges are very reasonable. Mr. Villa is very experienced and knowledgeable about his work. He has a great sense of visual artwork on stone and aesthetics. Mr. Villa is very personable, communicable, and professional. So is his administrator, Mr. Martin Villa. His workers are highly skilled, reliable, and work as a team. I am very lucky to have found his company and got stonework done from him. I would highly recommend him if someone is looking to add unique elegance to the home. There's no match!

Really 4.5 stars. There was some difficultly with communication that required some persistence on my part. But that only rates a 1/2 star reduction because he did eventually schedule me in. The long version follows: We have had problems with the front door for some time. And it seemed to be getting worse over the years. We had someone out several years ago, and they only put additional stripping on the jamb. This year the door sweep appeared to be wearing out (again), and the new one didn't want to mount (it was too thick). Checking reviews I called Precision Fit (Jason). After a few fumbled communications, Jason put me in his calendar. From then on the communication was good. He showed up to evaluate my door. I had sent him photos, and he thought he might have to remove the entire door frame and redo it. But he wanted to see it for himself, and was going to be in the area. To my surprise, when he showed up he said something along the lines of "I can do this now". Next thing I know he's moved the hinges, and shimmed a bit, and replaced the weather stripping, and even lowered the threshold so the sweep doesn't drag so much. Plus he drove longer screws into the frame to hold the hinges better. When he was done the door opened and closed better, and there were no light leaks around the door. Previously what clued me in to the problem was light leaks both at the top-left and lower-right of the door. Those are now gone. And he didn't have to rip the frame out. He still could have done that, and I wouldn't have known that it wasn't necessary. But he spent about 1-2 hours, fixed the problem, and saved me money compared to the more expensive procedure of remounting a door frame. So I recommend this service. They are honest and only do the work that is needed, and they appear to do it right. Post-script: It turns out that I called Precision Fit six years ago, but it wasn't Jason then. I remember a middle-aged man who didn't really impress me. He's the one who added thicker weather stripping and said not much else could be done. Jason proved him wrong.
