I stopped by Scott's Service Place because of a low tire pressure. I already had a spare on and…read moredropped off the tire with a piece of metal in it to be checked and reinstalled later. A couple of hours later, I received a phone call from Scott letting me know that the piece of metal hadn't actually punctured the tire, and they couldn't find any spot where it was leaking air. Scott suggested keeping the tire overnight to double-check, and I agreed. The next morning, he let me know that the tire had held air perfectly and was safe to reinstall. We still don't know what caused the sudden pressure drop, but I've been driving on the tire for a couple of weeks now without any issues. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Scott and his team kept me updated every step of the way, made sure the tire was truly safe before putting it back on, and even followed up a few days later to check how everything was going.
