They came highly recommended to me by a trusted friend, so I brought my Honda S2000 to Manny take a look at the damage. Manny was incredibly friendly/helpful, looked over my car, and took the time to review my options with me. Due to his friendliness and professionalism, I felt comfortable letting Manny and his team work on my car, and they did not disappoint! They repaired and repainted (factory color-matched) my front fenders and rear quarter panels (damage from previous owner due to poor wheel/tire clearance) and, while they were at it, rolled all the fenders flat for better wheel/tire clearance moving forward. I was amazed that they were able to get the fenders/quarter panels back to looking the way they should, while flat folding/rolling them to prevent the damage from happening again. The whole team was communicative and super friendly every step of the way and they did all this great work for an incredibly reasonable price. Once I got into a severe accident in November 2020. Got hit by a car at 50 mph, went over a curb over a bush and into a tree. Manny told me the car would need at least 8000 in repairs so I told him to send it away and see if the junkyard can get me any money for it. It was my car for 17 years so it was especially gutting. Two weeks later, I get a call from Manny, saying for the price of a down payment on a lease, they could fix it as they found an almost identical car at the yard. I was overcome with emotion. I could have my car back and not worry about car payments! He told me "it won't be perfect but we'll do our best". Another two weeks later, I go to pick it up and was absolutely shocked on the great job his team did. It's like it never happened. It drives just like the day I bought it, no suspension issues or frame damage. He told me he spent a lot of time researching how to do it right, and I can tell he went above and beyond making sure everything was up to his standards, which are very high. Not sure I understand these 5 star reviews. I was at this place yesterday. I had a small ding on my 73 Corvette. It was right on the nose and about 1 inch long and 1/2 wide. Basically it was a scrape, no cracks no holes. Went to 2 other places before this and was quoted $500 from one and $400 from another. I was quoted $1200 from this place. I don't think so. In the near future I'm going to need a hood painted and I know where I'm not going. Can't even imagine what they would charge me to paint a whole hood. read more

These are the kinds of businesses I like to work with. When you walk in, you are dealing with the manager/owner. Manny could have really taken advantage of me, because I was under a time crunch, but he took care of my auto damage at a fair price. You can just tell when you're dealing with a customer focused business, versus one that's just "going through the motions". When I pointed out an area of damage and I said, "This part doesn't have to be perfect because it's not very noticeable", Manny said, "No, it will be perfect because that's the only way we work around here". While looking for a part to repair my 2015 Hyundai Tucson and after a visit to a business carrying used auto parts I was recommended by one of the employees to go to The Body Shop, located in Santa Rosa. The owner suggested I order the part from a local Hyundai dealership, which I did. The dealership had my part in 2 days. I went back to The Body Shop that same day and the owner not only had the part installed he charged me nothing to do it! His crew spent over an hour repairing my car and yet I was charged ZERO. I not only got my car fixed the work was astonishing! To add, the part cost me under $150 and the repair was done so well it saved me about $1,500 dollars in parts and labor! I don't believe in necessarily having to give praise for something that was agreed-upon in the first place but these guys went above and beyond! Very straightforward didn't waste time I got a quote within three minutes of being there. The owner Manny was very hands-on took care of it. I went to GNC, gunuella auto body etc.. I had a total of five quotes none of them got anyway near what Manny quoted me. I told him to take his time I took it in very late on Tuesday brought it to me to my job on Friday. Offered to drop it off I didn't have to ask I just don't know how to emphasize how impressed I am with the service and the work. You either get none or one or the other it's very seldom that you find the trifecta with really any business. I'd give these guys 100 stars if I could!! We were referred to the body shop by cousin and I don't regret it at all. from the moment we called them to the moment we picked up our shiny, detailed, Excellently repaired minivan, they had the best customer service. Our insurance only covered $30/day for a rental but they called enterprise for us and we were able to get a six seater. This was a huge help considering I have three children in car seats! The body shop worked directly with our insurance and I did not have to deal with any of that. They were our advocates and got the best work done for the best deal!
