As you can see the caution sign is on mat near door, no where near where my child fell which was a few feet in front of the donut case.

I held off on posting my review, but this is not a good company, my child slipped and fell at this establishment in 10/2023, due to their floor being wet. The caution wet sign was on the carpet which is located near front door, but was no where near where my child slipped and fell. The male and female worker had their child with them while working, which would make you think they would be concerned when my child slipped and fell, they weren't they basically tried to blame us for not seeing the wet sign that was no near the actual wet spot. How were we supposed to know the floor was wet? i didnt know until my child slipped and fell. After I checked on my child who was in alot of pain during and days after the incident, I ensured to take a picture of how the set up was that way I had proof that the wet sign was not near the actual wet spot. The male worker was quick to move the sign to the spot where the floor was wet, but I informed him I already took a picture because they are in the wrong. It was a hassle to get in contact with the owner, once he finally got back to me I was informed he would look at the video footage of the incident and get back to me. it is now 1/2024, i have yet to hear anything back. The only way to get a company like this attention is to take the legal route. I was trying to be nice to not take the legal route, but I surely see now the owner didn't care about my child slipping and falling at his establishment. i stay away from this place, the poor customer service and no follow through from the owner is a shame and not a place I want to give my money to.

Oh was so good didn't get to take a pic before it was gone.

We absolutely love this place and probably won't go anywhere else...EVER. When you pull up and there's a large circle of older gentleman sitting outside enjoying breakfast, it's got to be good! The Ham and cheese croissant is delicious, flaky, full of nice big pieces of ham and oozing with cheese. Hands down the best ham and cheese croissant nearby. Donuts are always great too! They are fresh and usually sell out on weekends. We have pretty much tried them all. Haven't had one that wasn't good. Today we got the fresh squeezed OJ. AMAZING. Seriously, this is the place to go.

Oh donut holes...the bag was full 10 minutes ago.

This is by far the BEST place to go if you want a donut that will met in your mouth, taste absolutely amazing and not cost you way more than what it's worth. I actually stumbled across J&J's to avoid running late and I'm so grateful. The gentleman that is always there is the epitome of hospitable. Yes, I know, it's a business but there is a special feel to the place that speaks to more than just the customer side of me. I always feel like I've received a gift when I leave the shop and I always feel like I'm welcome to take my time or just pop in, grab a delicious treat and run. Great customer service doesn't do justice to what you get when you come here. I don't know why the donuts are so delicious but they are incredible. I mean, when your glaze donut gives you more than just... a glaze donut, you've won. Their chocolate cake donuts are NEVER dry or dense. The crumb donut is the perfect mix of melt in my mouth and SURPRISE here's a little texture for fun, and the classic old fashioned is just done right. I'm literally shocked at how inexpensive it is. I almost feel like guilty paying so little for such quality. Do yourself a favor, buy your donuts here. Especially if you want brownie points with the fam, coworkers or random collection of people chillin at the park.

Delicious donuts and great customer service! Always like to support a local shop, and they didn't disappoint.

Only thing worth mentioning is it got a little warm and stuffy inside while we were there, but I survived. :) I will definitely go back again. It's just a lil hidden in the corner. I'm glad bc it's def gonna become one of my go-to's now. Ive been here twice and it def gets busy around lunch time, not many seats were available when we went here around 12pm. But I'm glad business seems to be doing well bc it's a cute place. Cozy little spot with great food and bingsu! They absolutely nail the fluffy snow-like texture of Korean shaved ice. Portions are pretty big so I'd say stick to either getting food or shaved ice bc I have a pretty big appetite but couldn't finish either! And it's a lil hard to store bingsu in the freezer since it's prone to becoming completely frozen if you leave it in there too long. It won't have the fluffy melt in your mouth texture anymore. So eat as soon as your can even if you take it to-go (they pack them in drink cups with lids if you order to-go). I've had the matcha, Oreo, mango, and original flavors. They're all good but I'd rank original last bc I was expecting a lore more injeolmi powder like ive seen in pics + the flavors were too subtle for me (I did order with oat milk however so that can be where I went wrong). I'd say Oreo was my fave of all that ive tried. Only the ones with a white base are available with dairy-free options btw, so matcha and Oreo can't be made dairy-free. They appear to have seasonal flavors as well. The panini was very good. My partner called it prob the best smelling sandwich he's had LOL. I'm excited to try their drinks and other sandwiches next time!

Haha No regrets as everything is made fresh and very tasty. Definitely got a sugar rush at the end of it. Service is quick, no one was in the front when we got there but we figured we were just going to order on the big screen. Ambiance is cool, there's seating areas everywhere. The seats are a little low for our liking as my friend who came with me is pretty tall. We just laughed it off and had a good time. It's a little hidden, and parking is not great. You may find parking near Trader Joe's, or use street parking for around $1. Now, the important part: the food. Pistachio Shaved Ice This one was disappointing. When you order something pistachio-flavored, you expect that rich, nutty pistachio taste. We've tried a lot of pistachio desserts, and this one tasted like... sugar wearing a green outfit. There was almost no pistachio flavor. The portion was also pretty small. It had cream on the bottom, shaved ice in the middle, more cream on top, and some crushed pistachios. It looked interesting, but the flavor and texture were very basic. Nothing creative, nothing memorable. The biggest problem is simple: it's called pistachio shaved ice, but the pistachio forgot to show up. Matcha Milkshake The matcha milkshake was okay. The matcha flavor was fairly strong, but it was still mostly sweet. There wasn't much of that fresh, slightly bitter matcha aroma or aftertaste. It wasn't bad. It just wasn't special. Overall, we give this place: 3 out of 5. Not terrible, but probably not a place we would rush back to. The desserts were sweet, but they were missing a little soul.
