Flavors were great, and I liked the way they incorporated greens and carrots and potatoes to balance the dishes and add new flavor dimensions. Not every place thinks to do that. They also thoughtfully included crumbled cheese for people who want to curb the spice. Service was quick and nice. Place was busy with folks from all kinds of backgrounds - students, families, sports fans watching football, and lots of Amharic being spoken. That's a great sign.
