Jim and Marge were out within the hour, and quickly changed the locks, then took the time to make sure our kitchen slider's new lock was seated and adjusted optimally. Slider locks are tricky, and it's an older door, so this was an added challenge. I had them come out to my new house to rekey after closing. They were so nice and professional, we chatted the whole time about my job and his family. He showed me how he was making the key to show that my key was now specific to my house, and installed an electronic deadbolt also rekeying it to the rest of my doors so that all of my doors were the same key. I called several lock smiths for quotes and timing estimates after I locked myself and my kids out of our condo. Jim and Marj were the only actual locksmiths that answered their phone directly instead of an answering service who gave me a run around on pricing. With J & M, I was provided a no hassle quote after texting Jim a picture of my door needing opened. He told me it would be about 30 minutes and I said that was fine, but also let him know I was waiting outside with my kids. They arrived in 20 minutes, and were so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They ended up making a copy using a picture of the key to get into the garage successfully! Seeing our garage and home front door were keyed differently, they also suggested/offered very affordably to change the core so I had one less key to carry, which I took him up on.
