Do not come here. Husband came in for a hair cut and a beard trim three weeks ago and two days after he started seeing dry flaky spots near his scalp/ beard. We're still dealing with the horrible rash this place gave him. There's no way they clean their equipment. Not sanitary. He says he didn't think anything of it at the time but he can't remember them cleaning the machines between cuts just taking a brush and dusting the hair off. read more

Been going to UPS and just noticed JBarber Shop. I went in to ask if I need to make an appointment beforehand for a haircut for my mom. The super friendly Tina, the owner, said yeah it's recommended. But, she told me today was not as busy, so I said I would bring my mom over in a couple hours. She then handed me a card with her numbers: one for call, one for text. So, 30 mins before going I texted her to let her know I will be coming soon. When we arrived, she greeted us cheerfully. And seated my mom. We then talked about the hair style and she proceeded. Tina did a great job and actually knows how to barber men's hair pretty well unlike some other normal haircut places who just know how to clean up the sides. I came in last week for a hair cut. My haircut isn't too difficult, it's pretty much a zero side fade and a frohawk on the top. This place is right down the street from where I live so I've been meaning to stop by. Last year when they opened up, they had a sign outside advertising the prices of haircuts and I could've sworn it was $18 for a men's haircut. I figured it should be around the same price this time around. When the lady was done, it didnt look right. And at the end, the haircut was $35 dollars. Also, it took a long time for a simple men's haircut and it cost me 35$!! I now have to get another haircut to fix this one.
