I've been growing out my natural gray but I still have a lot of brown so I'm mostly trying to go for a cool toned bright blonde/white so it blends more with my roots as they grow out so I can go longer between appointments. I don't want my hair to look like a natural gray, I still want it to have a pop and feel current. Deborah was honest about what would work in our video consultation, as well as with pricing upfront. She also told me how to take care of it moving forward and what is need to do at home to maintain the cool tone.
