We went I'm for 2 sets of gel nails. The man that did mine was seriously rude amd the lady doing my friends set wouldn't even listen to her when she asked her to cut the nails down a little more. Both sets are horrible Some are crooked, the nails aren't even filed correctly and none of them are done correctly. I am currently looking for somewhere that we can hopefully get them fixed. I went to the Dollar tree and I happened to see the JC nail place I thought why not so I get in there he does my nails they are a joke I kept telling him they were a joke he kept twisting my hand finally we got done and I think a 2-year-old could do better well dummy me I let him call me into getting those fake eyelashes they came off within 24 hours I just called them and they said sorry that's it they won't try to repair them I didn't even ask for my money back I just asked them to redo what they done 24 hours ago so do not go there do not trust them if you've had good luck with them then you better go pay the lottery because this place is a joke read more

we had an appointment @1030 didn't get us in until 1215 then let nails soak for 45 minutes while they sat and talked. after the wait the man finally started and messed the nails up completely and cut the fingers then got mad when there was no tip. we will most DEFINITELY NOT COME BACK. read more

Went in for a gel mani. The man doing my nails did a terrible job. Honestly, the worst I've ever had. He filed all my nails to different lengths and acted irritated each time I asked for it to be fixed. Once it came time to paint them, he used a super old machine to set them, that didn't work at all. I told him it wasn't working, and that the gel polish wasn't setting, but he just kept saying "Oh it works, it just takes longer...." Once he determined it was finished, he began to wipe the nails, and streaks of polish wiped off with it. Low and behold--the machine hadn't worked. He tried to fill in the streaks, rather than starting from scratch, and the result looks like absolute garbage. It's lumpy and uneven, and still streaked in several areas. By the time he had messed them up TWO more times, I was done. I had been there well over an hour, for a simple gel mani, and I told him I didn't want it fixed again, I just wanted to leave. He still charged me full price and acted like it was all my fault for not allowing him to fix the mistakes a fourth time. Complete waste of money and time. I will never return. read more
