Employees regularly ask if I'm finding everything okay, the store is kept clean and organized, and the staff who help me when I pick up my altered pants have always been very nice. My only negative experience has been with one older Hispanic employee working the fitting rooms (im Hispanic myself). When I checked in, she asked how many items I had in a snappy tone and then simply pointed me toward a fitting room. On its own I probably wouldn't have thought much of it, but I noticed afterward that she personally carried the clothing to the fitting rooms for the other customers she assisted. I was confused and felt a bit unwelcome then. That said, everyone else I've encountered here has been pleasant, attentive, and helpful, and I've continued to have positive experiences shopping here and using their alteration service.
