In my often futile effort to keep my teenage daughter happy, I've been ordering items from this…read more clothing chain online as well as for immediate pickup in-store. While their online experience kinda sucks, with unclear email notifications and incorrect inventory lists, my in-store experience has been great! The staff at this location are on their game! They fulfill in-store pickup orders blazingly fast and mark them accordingly so I get the crappy notifications from their website that something happened with my orders. When I have to call to confirm, because those crappy emails aren't clear which items are ready, the staff answers the phone promptly, politely and know exactly what I'm asking about so I don't feel like a complete idiot for calling. My visits to this store have also gone well. The staff have been helpful locating in-store items I could not order online, despite the crappy search capabilities of their systems. additionally, the staff I interacted with have been friendly (not stalker-like; following me all over the store) and are quick to check inventory and open the dressing rooms for my daughter to try items. I wish shopping with my teens was always this simple. This store and their staff make it a pleasant experience for my family. Thanks!

Everyone is always smiling and willing to help (I love that). The value of the sneakers are reasonable and I usually walk out with 2-3 pairs of course after I have paid. The lines at check out are long but steady- it has a good flow. There's always socks in the bins for when you try on shoes and if not, I usually ask a sales associate if I can get a pair- they're always willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend coming here especially for back to school shopping or just to update your daily shoe ware. I picked up my size (8), which didn't have a price sticker, along with another box clearly marked $129, and asked an employee to clarify the pricing. She scanned the shoes, and they came up as $189. She then asked the manager if they could honor the $129 price since multiple boxes were clearly labeled that way. The manager refused, saying that because my size 8 box didn't have a $129 sticker, it had to be sold at the promotional price of $189. Instead of honoring the marked price or taking responsibility for the mistake, the manager instructed the employee to remove all of the $129-labeled boxes from the shelf. I've worked in retail before, and I've also been a customer at many other stores. When an item is mistakenly marked or advertised at the wrong price, good customer service is to honor the displayed price for the customer and then correct the mistake afterward. Pricing errors happen, but how management handles them is what matters. To make matters worse, during my visits, there was multiple times I watched people walk out of the store carrying what appeared to be multiple pairs of shoes without anyone stopping them, yet management refused to honor their own pricing mistake for an honest customer. That contrast made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility, management chose to remove the incorrectly marked boxes after I pointed out the mistake. That's poor customer service and reflects poorly on Nike's management. This experience left me disappointed and feeling like customer satisfaction wasn't a priority.

I've had employees assist me by looking in their back stock to see if certain things were available when they tell me they're sold out and I've been successful every time. They always greet you when coming in and are super attentive and welcoming. With the pandemic going on, I can see how they might feel stressed and frustrated, but so far they've all been sweethearts.
