I'm a weird size, but they had jeans that fit me. Our total before the discounts from their sales was 470 dollars. 3 pairs of jeans, 2 button up shirts, 2 t-shirts, 2 pairs of shorts, and a belt. Everything in the store was 50% off, then an extra 20% off. Out the door we paid like 180 dollars. I didn't hate even hate clothes shopping this day, something I normally dread like I dread going to the DMV. The associates in here were helpful and bilingual (I could have thrown a rock into Mexico from the store if I'd wanted to.) The store was clean and organized. I'm definitely liking the malls ran by the Simon company more than malls ran by the Westfield company. read more

Beware if you try to return anything after the 30 day policy!!!!!! I don't live close and I was 4 days late for my return with a receipt and tags. I have been a manager for many many years and I know that you can always make an exception and do what is right by your client, but this manager just did not want to go that extra mile with me. I absolutely love this J Crew outlet. Everything is so neat and organized and the staff is very helpful. Every single time I started to go through a pile to find my size, an employee came over right away to help me. They had amazing deals! All accessories and jewelry is 25-40% off and I got a very cute necklace and adorable feminine flower headband. They had some very nice sweaters, as well, and the comfiest long-sleeve fit tees in a large variety of pretty colors for only $12! PJ bottoms are oh so soft and 30% off. Very disappointed. The quality of clothes is definitely not the same as jcrew, however the prices are much cheaper, so you can't really expect it to be the same. This is not the stuff the stores couldn't sell, it is their own brand. If you order online beware!!!! Paying the extra money to get your clothes faster does NOT mean that you will get them. I paid extra for the 3-6 business days to ensure that I have the clothes for a trip.... 7 business days later it says they will arrive tomorrow- the 8th business day, which after I leave for my trip. I had called 3 times before to ensure they would be on time and each time they promised me they would. Now to little to late and I will miss the return date since I am gone for over a month. read more

I have been shopping here for 5 years now, and I have been in retail myself for more than 10 years. They have great selection of work and causal clothes, but I will visit the store more often if they give better service. The management team is the least friendly people in the store. I usually get warm welcomes from their sales associate, but never once from their managers. They don't know their product well, I usually find out more information myself online. I did two returns at this store and each time I left the store unhappy. I love Jcrew outlet, but I really think it will do much better if they change their attitude of their managers. read more

The manager, Alfredo, is a top-notch customer service rep. I had never been to J. Crew before and he went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and I find what we wanted. He wasn't annoying like commission-based sales people, just genuinely helpful. They stayed open a little late to help us with no impatient looks from employees.
