Very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of work. Called to have our pressure tank replaced as the other provider who did the inspection when we bought the place was just too busy to return phone calls. Esther on the otherhand was clear that they were backlogged, however Jorge called me a few hours later saying he might be able to stop by later that evening to take a look which he did. He simply stated that he could to the work, but it would be more expensive than the estimate I had received from someone else, as he would not just replace the tank, but looking at the piping, would replace all of that too, in addition to mounting the electrical and filter on the wall. He gave a reference, our neighbor, which after we looked at theirs, decided we would go with him. A few days later replaces the tank and complete redo of the plumbing and electrical. Works great and definitely looks professional. Very pleased and will be returning to them to replace the well pump in the near future. read more

Five stars for Esther. She's been a pleasure to work with as she's coordinating the schedule and work that needs to be done. We decided to go with them since their name was on the well of the property that we are purchasing. It did take some time for them to come out about three weeks for the initial well inspection and water quality check. Then another week-ish for chlorination and another water quality check. They do charge for mileage on top of the work and the charges are up front before service. We haven't met them but trust that the work was done so I cannot comment on the technicians but we would like them for future maintenance and other well needs. read more

As I wrote in the original review. Jorge and Steve are outstanding. They came back today and replaced the 40 year old galvy tank with a new tank. Jorge has been working on wells for over 25 years. Its obvious with his workmanship. Shout out to Esther also. She coordinates and works with the customer to schedule the job. Professional team all around. Planning another upgrade next year. I called 4 weeks ago for service on a small irrigation well, I was told they were two weeks behind, that's fine 2 hours before the were supposed to show up they called and said they needed to re-schedule due to an emergency. Two weeks later they were supposed to be here between 10-12 I called at 10 to find out the ETA and was told Jorge was out on an emergency call and they would be there later in the day as Jorge was not responding to his calls or texts from Esther. I call again around 3 and was told Jorge didn't want to work on my well because it's a 4 inch casing. I sent him pictures of my well a month prior and they said everything looks good they will replace my pump and I'll be all set. Apparently they don't need business and you practically have to beg to get them to come out to your home read more

Our well had stopped working. We had not had to use anyone for our well and our home warranty couldn't recommend anyone in our area. A friend recommended J J pump and well service. I called the office left a message and got a call back within 10 minutes. He came out within the hour and replaced the part that had gone bad. Amazing service! Now i know who to call next time! This is probably the worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with. Totally unprofessional folk, with no respect for other people's time and energy. The main guy, JJ, is extremely rude and condescending. I had to co-ordinate with him and the seller's agent to get to the property. The agent was gracious enough to agree to meet him not once, but twice. Both the times were a no-show. JJ made him wait an hour and then said that he'd be late by two more hours. For whatever reasons, the project did not take off as scheduled, and I tried scheduling another appointment with them. No response to my emails, texts, voice mails. After a week, I finally got through to JJ who point blank told me he "can't do the project no more". The reason being, "I have taken on other projects". When I told him- politely, may I add- that I'd have appreciated being informed of this earlier, as I would have hired some other else, he replied, "Well, you came to us because you didn't find anybody else." And he hung up on me before I could say anything else. Needless to say, I am more than frustrated at JJ and the company as a whole for wasting my time. I had a complete system failure on our residential well that serves two homes on our property, as well as an orchard. To make things worse, it was during a 100 degree heat wave. I stood to lose 60 fruit trees. JJ got up a temporary system and then orchestrated the construction of a new well. I can't say enough about his: hustle, ingenuity, concern over our situation. Not a good vendor. First, demanded up front $180 to come out and take a look at our failed boost pump plus a "gas" fee which ended up being $60 more. This taught me to never agree to paying anyone to make a first visit. This is a huge red flag for any vendor. Anyway, a guy named George shows up who has very poor communication skills and is just a weird guy. It goes downhill from there. Trust me, this is not a good outfit. read more

Wednesday morning no water pressure. Determined I couldn't fix it and called J J about 9:30. They had a technician there by 10:30. Fixed the problem quickly and checked out the whole system. I had a leak on a pipe on my well. Waited all day for someone to come out. They came at 445. George started taking apart of the pipe but not the one i called about. I pointed to where the leak had sprung and He told he didn't want to do it and I need to call a plumber. read more

I have a very positive experience with JJ he saved by pump and well. I had another guy out from Tracy initially that came out several times to tell me I needed a new well because the casket was bad and the pump could not be fished out. After, several months of me searching for help my workman gave me JJ pump & well #. I was a bit nervous as the previous guy had already made charges without performance. JJ came out within 20 minutes pulled my pump out, told me exactly what was wrong with my pump and well. Explained and showed me and my husband in great details the issues. He ordered some parts and here we are close to Xmas with a new pump and working well. Please note there not of companies out there to fix pump/wells. I had been in the search for many months. But be patient as these guys are busy. I rather wait and get the right people and not be lied and cheated like the first time. Thank you JJ and your staff for your great performance. I have to say that I really do not ever want to call a well company. However I was blessed to be referred by my realtor to this company. There are other companies in the area, but he said that they are honest, knowledgeable and the best. I have had to use them a few times and they come out and do a through diagnosis and then explain the failure to you in a way that you can understand. They do not just try and sell you a new unit. They even explain how to care for your well and its components. Like I said he has come several times and was able to correctly diagnose the failure the first time and get water back to our home. Having a knowledgeable well tech is as important as a mechanic or a doctor. They all keep us going in the real world. read more
