I've walked in and then walked right back out when she's working there - on more than one occasion- because she doesn't put customers first. And for whatever reason, the owner worships this clown. There are far better places to go in the area that actually have hard alcohol and are worthy of spending $8 on a beer.

I was there with my service dogs. I had been there the week before no problem. I walked in went to the bathroom came out some weirdo came up and was breathing in my ear right behind me then I realized he was the bouncer when he asked me if I could leave. I turned around and I said yes I'm leaving. I turned to the right to look at the crowd at the dance floor to see if I could see my friend that's when he yank me by my backpack , and that's when I lost it and I asked him what the hell he was doing. He said I needed to leave and I said I don't need to leave. I have service dogs and he said they're not real Surf Dogs. They had their leash on I stopped talking to him, and I went to the bartender and I tried to tell him what happened and he wouldn't listen to me. It was very loud in there, and I tried to tell him that his man had yanked me by my backpack and had hurt me and all he could ask me was for paperwork for my service dogs not anyone knows that you can get that paperwork online for $50-$100 without needing one me, I actually have Real service dogs, and I know the laws in this restaurant did not know any of the laws specially when it comes to assaulting people in their restaurant, I give this place zero stars read more

OMG!......OMG!.......OMG!......OMG!......OMG!....OMG!.....OMG!.....OMG! DON'T GET THE CRAB LEGS! My son used to work at this bar and told me the food was good and that I should check it out sometime. I dropped in on a friday afternoon for lunch with a friend and we ordered the seared ahi appetizers, I had the clam chowder and he had the crab legs. Right from the start things start turning sour. We had to send the ahi back because it tasted like it just came out of the fridge. Finally, after an hour, our waitress brought us our chowder and crab legs, but no silverware. My friend went to the bar and got some from the bartender (after he almosted grabbed him to get his attention). By then everything was getting cold, but we decided not to send it back. BIG mistake. Immediately after he finishes, my friend runs to the restroom and is in there for a half an hour! To make things worse, the waitress overcharged him for the half order of crab legs! Incredible! Next time I meet someone for a drink and lunch it will be at some place else!!!! read more

THE absolute WORST restaurant bar i have ever seen!!! DON'T even THINK about walking into this DUMP. I came in on a saturday night because i heard the crab legs were ok and they had a decent cover band....wrong! The waiter looked like some meth heads I've seen, and had a real retention problem. After an HOUR he brings the food.....all of it......appetizers, entrees, sides and dumps it on the table like it was trash. The crab ended up being cold and there was a hair in my salad. When i ask him to get me another order of legs and a fresh salad he walks off like it's my problem! Subject: Disappointing Experience at Neptune's I visited Neptune's on Sunday, looking forward to having a drink and a nice time. The bartender initially directed us to two empty seats at the bar. However, we were left waiting for about ten minutes without any acknowledgment--no greeting, no drink menu, not even eye contact--despite the bartender engaging openly with the couple next to us. We felt completely ignored. As a mixed-race couple, we couldn't help but wonder if that played a part in the way we were treated. Whether intentional or not, the experience left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. This is not the kind of service--or atmosphere--we expect or accept. I remember this spot 12 years ago being awesome food and prices. 4 if us all ordered something different and all four of us thought the food was blah to mediocre at best. Scallops and swordfish were fishy, salad was wilted, steak was ordered Cajun and they out so much on it, it was not edible. The baked potato was good and the clam chowder was ok. Server was cool. The booth was so cramped, my 5'4 self was having trouble with leg room. My poor hubby was dying from lack of space. And the seats themselves leave you so sunk in that the edge of the table comes to your neck. And the cig smoke coming in the window topped it off.
